You will be the bridge between the institution and students, helping them make informed decisions and ensuring a smooth academic journey.
šÆ Key Responsibilities:
- Understand studentsā academic background, goals, and challenges through counseling sessions (in-person, phone, or online).
- Guide students on courses, career paths, and academic planning based on their interests and aptitude.
- Assist in the admission and enrollment process, including explaining course details, fee structure, and eligibility.
- Follow up with leads and maintain records of inquiries and student data using CRM tools.
- Address concerns of students and parents with patience, professionalism, and care.
- Collaborate with faculty and support teams to monitor student progress and retention.
- Achieve monthly conversion/enrollment targets as assigned.
š§ Requirements:
- Bachelorās degree (education, psychology, or counseling preferred).
- Proven experience in academic or career counseling, preferably in the education industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping students.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
