Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and attract top talent for a fast-growing, technology-driven company. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, onboarding, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including UAV pilots, GIS specialists, survey engineers, field staff, and corporate roles.

● Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and talent agencies.

● Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, define job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.

● Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability, ensuring alignment with company culture and role requirements.

● Maintain HR records, applicant tracking, and recruitment dashboards

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technology, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.

● Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and talent sourcing strategies.

● Familiarity with ATS systems, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously. Preferred Attributes

● Prior experience recruiting for technical roles such as GIS specialists, survey engineers, UAV pilots, or project managers. 

Key Responsibilities:

² Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.

² Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional code.

² Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

² Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

² Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

² Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance.

² Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our tech stack remains cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

² Current SDE 3 designation or equivalent experience in a senior development role.

² 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies, particularly React.

² Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices.

² Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and routing solutions.

² Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Babel).

² Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and test-driven development (TDD).

² Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

🚀 We're Urgently Hiring – Node.js Backend Development Intern

Join our backend team as an intern and get hands-on experience building scalable, real-world applications with Node.js, Firebase, and AWS.

🔧 What You’ll Work On:

Backend development using Node.js

Firebase, SQL & NoSQL database management

RESTful API integration

Deployment on AWS infrastructure

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must have the following experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, and/or business, or equivalent work experience.
2. You have experience with developing, maintaining and supporting production applications which have live users using Angular.
3. You have experience with State managment and NgRx (ideally) or any other framework
4. You are NOT a fresh graduate with no production experience
5. You have excellent English speaking skills
6. Strong understanding of the DOM, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
7. 3+ years of in-depth experience with Angular (2/4/8/x)
8. 1+ years of experience with additional web libraries and frameworks. Preferred: NgRx, Rx.js.

Additional Skills Desired

1. Ability to be empathetic and form strong working relations with your team members.
2. Strong understanding of debugging and ability to quickly debug code, find problems and produce fixes.
3. Experience with Responsive Web Design (RWD) patterns
4. Experience with unidirectional data flow patterns (Redux, etc.)
5. Experience with RxJS or other Reactive programming techniques/libraries
6. Experience using ES2015 (ES6) and TypeScript 2.x
7. Indepth experience in using GIT and understanding of GIT workflows Experience in building and maintaining a reusable components library in angular
8. An excellent eye for detail to bring our products designs to life using pixel perfect styling, interactions and animation.
9. Familiarity with agile development practices (a/b testing,unit testing,continuous deployment,continuous integration,scrums) and worked in a product driven environment.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate technical concepts to a wide variety of audience.
11. Proven ability to work with designers and other non-technical and technical team members (wireframes, rapid prototypes, PoC’s, white boarding)
