Job Description

We are looking for passionate architects eager to be a part of our growth journey. You will be working on complex data migrations, modernizing legacy applications and building new applications on the cloud for large enterprise and/or growth stage startups. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly into mission critical projects directly interacting with business stakeholders, customer’s technical teams and MongoDB solutions Architects.

Location - Chennai or Bangalore

●     Relevant experience of 12+ years building high-performance applications with at least 3+ years as an architect.

●     Good problem solving skills

Required Technical Skills

● Extensive hands-on experience building high-performance applications using Node.Js (Javascript/Typescript) and .NET/ Golang / Java / Python.

● Strong experience with appropriate framework(s).

● Wellversed in monolithic and microservices architecture.

● Hands-on experience with data modeling on MongoDB and any other Relational or NoSQL databases

● Experience working with 3rd party integrations ranging from authentication, cloud services, etc.

● Hands-on experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.

● Handsonexperience with CI/CD pipelines and atleast 1 cloud provider- AWS / GCP / Azure

● Strong experience writing and maintaining clear documentation

Good to have skills:

●     Experience working with frontend technologies - React.Js or Vue.Js or Angular.

●     Extensive experience consulting with customers directly for defining architecture or system design.

●     Technical certifications in AWS / Azure / GCP / MongoDB or other relevant technologies

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 - 11 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proven experience with React.js and related technologies (e.g., Redux, React Router, Hooks, Context API).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Server Sent Events, WebSocket's
• Hand’s on experience with web components, micro frontends
• Deep understanding of browser apis like history, intersection observer, event handling, virtual panes, drag and drop etc
• Ability to work on a complex and fast moving code base.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and its integration with React applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Position: Inside Sales Specialist / Pre-Sales Executive

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a Relevant field.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, Sales, Negotiations, and Presentation skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving results.
• Experience in Luxury Real Estate Sales or similar roles is a plus.
• We're seeking a dynamic individual with a professional appearance, excellent presentation skills, a sharp intellect, and in-depth knowledge relevant to the role.

• Make documentations with formatting and in proper detailing
• Basic knowledge on Excel working with formula handling & reporting.
• Need to do multitasking, able to deliver tasks on time with expected quality
• Candidate should have thinking out of the box which supports the department to deliver good results in the pre-defined processes.
• Needs to be quick learner and able to come up with own thoughts on the tasks explained/shared to deliver good results
• Work closely with German team for operative processes/execution/deliverables.
• Flexible to adopt the changes in terms of processes/task handling.
• Knowledge on order fulfillment processes, managing support content on the website, inputs on support handling processes are added advantage.

What you would be expected to do:

• Gather, prioritize and refine requirements while keeping team members well informed
• Create Use Cases, Flow Charts, Mock Screens, PRDs for business requirements, user requirements, functional & non-functional requirements and system requirements
• Rolling out of new products/apps/automations and resolving stakeholder queries/issues
• Automate business processes using tools like Zapier/Google Scripts, other automation tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups and assist in the entire product lifecycle from design to development to launch
• Responsible for testing of applications/solutions/web panels at various stages of the lifecycle
• Working with the development team/or independently on integrations (using 3rd party tools to create mobile applications)
• Travel as per company requirement to places including but not limited to Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Myanmar and Tanzania
