Key Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Pipeline Development
• Design, implement, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.

Job Requirements:

• Manage and docket Intellectual Property (IP) filings, deadlines, review attorney invoices, and work closely with the company’s Patent Counsel
• Conduct prior art database searches for patentability and freedom to operate analyses and analyze patents, scientific papers, and documents
• Prepare, draft, and file patent applications and draft responses to office actions
• Administer new/renewal IP filings and prepare/coordinate documentation for internal stakeholder review
• Coordinate invention disclosure documents, internal discussions, and provide guidance on a variety of patent and IP-related issues
• Serve as a liaison between inventors, Emerging Technology, and outside counsel
• Provide ongoing guidance to the business teams regarding invention disclosures, prior art searches, inventorship, and IP guidance
