Job Description:

- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
- Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and Dept. metrics.
- Maintain the Conversion Ratios in Sales Matrix i.e. Lead to Deal and Deal to Won Agent wise etc.
- Maintain Agent Wise revenue Pipeline.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to best practices.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Go Lang development.
- Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
