Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate calls of insurance sales agents as per quality standards

Ensure adherence to process guidelines, compliance, and regulatory norms

Identify gaps in calls and provide constructive feedback to agents

Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and share insights with the team

Support process improvement and training initiatives

Maintain quality benchmarks and improve overall customer experience

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Experience: 6 months to 2 years as QA in Health or Life Insurance Sales Process

Good knowledge of insurance products and QA parameters

Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills

Salary:

₹25,000 to ₹28,000 (In-hand)

Other Requirements:

Immediate joiners preferred

Ready to work from office

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Science Trainer at Technobrilliant Learning Solutions in Pune. The Data Science Trainer will be responsible for conducting science education classes, teaching physics and mathematics concepts, creating lesson plans, and delivering high-quality education to students.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher with expertise in lesson planning
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science)
• Experience in data science or related industry is a plus

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within office premises
• Delivering and retrieving documents as required by staff
• Handling office maintenance tasks such as restocking supplies
• Assisting with office clerical duties including filing and photocopying
• Preparing and serving beverages to office staff and visitors
• Managing the disposal of waste and recycling practices
• Supporting staff with various tasks and errands as needed

Requirement understanding and elicitation, analysis, data/workflows, contribution to product

projects and Proof of concept (POC)

 Contribute to preparing design documents and effort estimations.

 Develop AI/ML Models using best-in-class ML models.

 Building, testing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.

 Work with Business Analysts and Product Managers to assist with defining functional user

stories.

 Ensure deliverables across teams are of high quality and documented. 

 Recommend best ML practices/Industry standards for any ML use case.

 Proactively take up R and D and recommend solution options for any ML use case.

• Understand functional and non-functional testing requirements for APIs

• Document functional and non-functional testing scenarios and cases where needed, on one of the test management tools
• Identify or create data for testing 
• Automation framework design and implementation according to project structure
• Develop test automation scripts using tools like RestAssured and SoapUI
• Must be able to use all web methods like GET, PUT, POST, DELETE, etc.
• Validate feedback, response time, and error code
• Validate XML and JSON body using JSON Parser 
• Raise PR to check in code for test automation scripts
• Conduct peer reviews of test cases and automation scripts

Mandatory Skills


• Intermediate to advanced level skill in programming using Java and/or Python
• Intermediate to advanced level skill in using API test automation tools and developing test automation frameworks - RESTAssured, Postman, SoapUI, Karate, Robot
• Intermediate to advanced level skill in working with databases preferably SQL
• Configuration management - GIT • Build management - Maven
• Continuous Integration - Jenkins 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
