Business Development Manager

• Preferably experience of Life & Non-Life Insurance products from Insurance Broking Company/Banca Insurance/Insurance Company.
• Candidate should have cleared Insurance Broking Exam (Optional), if not then after joining he/she will have to clear the exam on top most priority.
• Sound knowledge of Life/Non-Life Insurance products (Health, Motor, PA).

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain AEM-based backend solutions, components, and templates.

· Develop custom AEM Sling models, servlets, services, and OSGi components.

· Build and integrate RESTful services and APIs to support frontend and third-party systems.

· Work closely with frontend developers and AEM content authors to support dynamic content delivery.

· Develop automation scripts using Java/Python for data handling, deployment, and reporting needs.

· Implement AEM workflows, user permissions, and version control for content.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AEM environments.

· Optimize AEM performance, scalability, and security configurations.

What You’ll Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· Proven experience delivering high-quality web applications.

Mandatory Skills

· 3+ years of experience in AEM backend development.

· Strong hands-on experience with Java, OSGi, Sling, and JCR.

· Experience with Python for backend scripting, automation, or integration tasks.

· Knowledge of AEM architecture including dispatcher, replication agents, and workflows.

· Experience working with AEM APIs, servlets, event handlers, schedulers, and custom components.

· Understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML data handling.

· Familiarity with Maven, Git, Jenkins, and Agile development practices

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

· Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud tools like Adobe Target, Analytics, Campaign.

· Working knowledge of cloud-based AEM (Adobe as a Cloud Service) is a plus.

· Basic familiarity with frontend technologies (React/Angular/HTL) is beneficial.

• Must have 5 to 10 years of experience on building highly scalable web based enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Javascript

• Must have experience on front end development using javascript, ReactJS

• Architect and co-create, a highly scalable, available, resilient & distributed applications and multi-tenant Platforms
• Highly hands on with coding/designing, troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring, leading and developing a large scale multi-tenant software components on the Platform in Agile based methodology to provide self-service capabilities (MUST HAVE)
• Must have knowledge of Data structures, must have ability to solve data structure programs on platforms like hakerrank, leetcode  (MUST HAVE)
• Proficiency in engineering practices and writing high quality code, with expertise in Java/J2EE.

• Exposure to NOSQL DB and Relational database

• Exposure to RabbitMQ ,Kafka and Redis Cache

• Working in a team environment, contribute significantly to application solution design and to the high-level design of application software.
• Detailed design, code and test of Cloud Platform software. Provide automated test software in conjunction with application software.

• Programming experience : 5 to 8 years of programming experience
• Strong technical knowledge in any of the following programming languages : Ruby on Rails /Python/Java and willing to learn and work in Node.js.
• Good Programming aptitude
• Have experience designing and building large scalable web services.
• Have an in-depth understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) 
• Have experience building RESTful APIs and have good knowledge of RESTful design patterns.
• Be able to communicate and work well within a team
• Brownie points if you have worked on Typescript & Nest.js

• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and related web technologies.
• Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript and tooling (e.g., Angular, React, Redux, Node).
• Experience with API integration and development.
• Experience developing reusable components.
• Proven experience in understanding complex user needs with multiple stakeholders and providing practical solutions that can work in production.
• Experience working on mobile apps is a plus.

• The candidate will be engaged in program management support functions such as logistics, coordination of arrangements for conferences, workshops and continuing education programs, maintenance of archives for programs conducted and database management.

• Plan and develop a database of outsourcing service providers for multi-media design,brochure preparation, conference materials and printing.

• Maintain database of addresses for various purposes of mailing.
• Maintain a library of documents, records and books for ready reference with proper indexing and file management.

• Coordinate visit of important domestic and overseas visitors, plan their itinerary, coordinate with travel agencies, transport service providers and hotels.

• Maintain a database of various hospitality service providers and develop institutional relationship with such service providers for conduct of executive development programs.

• Develop drafts for event related correspondence.
• Coordinate inter-office meetings, prepare minutes of inter-office meetings and Under take follow-up actions as per the instructions of the Directors and Senior Managers.

• A computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and Internet usage.
