### Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to drive sales of IT technology products and solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of manufacturing plant operations, processes, and challenges to effectively position and sell IT solutions such as ERP systems, IoT platforms, automation software, and other technology products tailored to enhance manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and digital transformation.
### Key Responsibilities
- **Prospecting & Lead Generation:** Identify and target potential clients within the manufacturing sector, including factories, plants, and industrial organizations, to generate new business opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including plant managers, operations heads, and IT directors, to understand their needs and challenges.
- **Solution Selling:** Present and demonstrate IT technology products (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, IoT solutions, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity tools) tailored to address manufacturing-specific pain points.
- **Consultative Approach:** Collaborate with clients to assess their technical requirements, provide customized solutions, and highlight the value of IT products in optimizing manufacturing processes.
- **Sales Targets:** Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by closing deals and expanding the customer base.
- **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in manufacturing and IT technologies to position our products effectively.
- **Proposal & Negotiation:** Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts, and negotiate terms to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the technical team, product managers, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of IT solutions.
- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
### Qualifications & Skills
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of selling IT technology products or solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience working with or within manufacturing plants, with a deep understanding of production processes, supply chain, and operational challenges.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.)
- **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with IT products such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), IoT platforms, automation software, and cloud solutions.
- **Industry Insight:** Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, lean principles, and the role of technology in digital transformation.
- **Skills:**
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
- **Other:** Willingness to travel to client sites (manufacturing plants) as needed.
### Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling to industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, or heavy machinery manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and big data in manufacturing.
- Established network of contacts within the manufacturing sector.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Total Rewards Analyst you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the entire spectrum of total rewards and not limited to compensation and benefit policies and programs, which support company objectives and local practices. - Support day to day compensation & benefits management and operations in the region to ensure alignment with business goals and a robust Total Rewards framework to attract, motivate, engage, and retain employees
