About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing leads, handling admission counseling, and ensuring effective follow-ups to drive conversions. Key Responsibilities:
- Admission Counselling: Guide and counsel potential clients through the admission process, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Lead Management: Handle incoming leads, maintain proper records, and ensure timely responses.
- Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with leads to convert them into successful admissions.
- Daily MIS: Maintain and update daily reports and management information systems for sales activities.
Criteria & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years in sales, with a proven track record.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Technical Requirements: Own a laptop for daily work activities.
- Availability: Must be available to work 6 days a week with Sundays off.
