• Job Summary
• We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications using the Flask micro-framework and managing high-performance NoSQL data storage with MongoDB. Your role involves creating RESTful APIs, optimizing database queries, and ensuring seamless integration between the backend logic and frontend components.
• Key Responsibilities
• API Development: Design and implement scalable, secure RESTful APIs using Flask.
• Database Management: Architect and maintain MongoDB schemas; develop complex aggregation pipelines and optimize query performance.
• Backend Logic: Write clean, efficient, and testable Python code to handle server-side logic and data processing.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the application and database layers to ensure low latency.
• Testing & Security: Implement unit tests (using pytest or unittest) and follow security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, data encryption).
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements and with DevOps to support deployment.

Required Technical Skills

• Category Requirements; Language Expert-level Python (OOP, decorators, generators, and async programming).Framework Strong experience with Flask (routing, blueprints, middleware).Database Proficiency in MongoDB (BSON, indexing, sharding, and aggregation framework).ODMs/Drivers Experience with PyMongo or Mongo Engine. Architecture Solid understanding of RESTful API design and Microservices.
• Tools/DevOps Version control with Git; familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

Job Description

We are looking for a Product designer to join Triveous and help us in our journey to create beautiful, usable, and inclusive mobile products. She/He will be responsible for understanding and executing the entire design lifecycle of various projects. That includes creating user personas, mapping user journeys, creating prototypes, and testing them out with actual users. 

The role also involves talking to client stakeholders to execute the design process independently. Experience in communicating design inputs, decisions, and outputs with key stakeholders is a definite plus.

Since this is a remote role, you would need to be self-motivated and proactive in all the work that you do.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and user needs
• Create user personas, journey maps, and various other design artifacts
• Create prototypes of varying fidelity
• Communicate design solutions to key stakeholders
• Define and track key metrics related to user experience
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will drive creative concepts

Skills and Requirements

• Experienced with 1+ years in Product Design/UX roles.
• Good experience in user experience and interface design, with a supporting portfolio
• Experience in designing mobile applications
• Experience in understanding and mapping complex user journeys
• Ability to form, prototype, and clearly communicate ideas and decisions.
• Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences

Required Skills:

• Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using OpenText AppWorks (erstwhile Process Suite) low code design and integration framework.
• Knowledge on implementing OpenText AppWorks integration services using REST, SOAP, and Email etc.
• Good understanding of OpenText AppWorks case management features and BPM features.
• Experience in various rules and features like LifeCycle, Activities, User Interface (XForms and Low Code design), SLA, KPI, OTDS, CARS, AppWorks Gateway, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, SAML, Listeners (File, MQ), SOAP Services, Email integration, HTTP Connector, AppWorks integration with Content/Document Management, etc.
• Experience in full OpenText AppWorks implementation including Entity modelling and Rulesets design.
• Expertise in Java, JavaScript, SQL Server Database.
• Expertise in building Web Services, REST Services API’s (nice to have) Familiar in designing and developing applications in cloud environments (preferably Azure).
• Authentication SAML 2.0, OT.
• Knowledge of OTDS and integration with OTDS
• Exposure to HTML5 ,angular and integration of AppWorks to with angular will be plus
