About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain AI-driven dashboards and reports to track performance improvements post-automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into AI/automation solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and frameworks to propose innovative solutions for process enhancement.
• Document automation workflows, process improvements, and ROI achieved through AI implementations.
• Support teams in adopting AI-based tools and ensure successful change management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in process analysis and automation (IT or Non-IT domains).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath, or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and optimize workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Job Title: QA Engineer – Blockchain / Web3 / DApps

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Experience: 3+ Years

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Blockchain, Web3 Wallets, and Decentralized Applications (DApps). The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of blockchain-based products through both manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for Blockchain applications, Web3 Wallets, and DApps.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, etc.).
• Test Web3 wallet integrations (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet).
• Validate smart contracts using Hardhat, Truffle, Remix IDE, and Blockchain Explorers (Etherscan, Polygonscan, BSCscan).
• Conduct API testing (REST, GraphQL, Web3 APIs) using Postman, Newman, and Insomnia.
• Automate UI & functional tests using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Perform mobile DApp testing using Appium.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and blockchain engineers to identify and resolve defects.
• Document test plans, strategies, and reports in Confluence/JIRA.

Qualifications

Candidate must be from a product-based company with experience handling large-scale production traffic.

2. Candidate must have strong Linux expertise with hands-on production troubleshooting and working knowledge of databases and middleware (Mongo, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka).

3. Candidate must have solid experience with Kubernetes.

4. Candidate should have strong knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Chef / Puppet. Add on- Prometheus & Grafana etc.

5. Candidate must be an individual contributor with strong ownership.

6. Candidate must have hands-on experience with DATABASE MIGRATIONS and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

7. Candidate must have working knowledge of Go/Python and Java.

Job Responsibilities

• Help develop an analytics platform that integrates insights from diverse data sources.
• Build, deploy, and test machine learning and classification models
• Train and retrain systems when necessary
• Design experiments, train and track performance of machine learning and AI models that meet specific business requirements
• ML and data labelling: Identify ways to gather and build training data with automated data labelling techniques and the creation of highly accurate training datasets.
• Automatic extraction of causal knowledge from diverse information sources such as databases, news, social media, videos and images etc.
• Develop customized machine learning solutions including data querying and knowledge extraction.
