Position: IBM BPM Admin

Experience: 5-8 Yrs

Location: Noida ( Work from office)

Working days: 6 days

Shift: General 9 Am to 6 PM.

·        Monitor system performance and address issues proactively to minimize downtime.

·        Implement routine maintenance tasks and updates to keep the IBM BPM system up-to-date.

·        Administer user access and security settings for IBM BPM applications.

·        Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure secure and compliant access controls.

·        Install, configure, and maintain IBM BPM software and associated components.

·        Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IBM BPM, providing timely support to end-users.

·        Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and optimize IBM BPM solutions.

·        Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical IBM BPM data.

·        Conduct regular testing of backup and recovery processes.

·        Optimize system performance through continuous monitoring and tuning activities.

·        Collaborate with development teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks.

·        Extensive knowledge of Windows Server Technologies, Linux, and VMware

·        Good Experience is managing WebSphere cells, clusters, and node.

We're looking for an experienced and mature engineer (2-6 yrs experience), who wants to build incredible products while shaping the architecture, tools, and engineering culture of our company

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build our native Android application using Java or Kotlin.
• Set up our backend using either the MEAN (Mongo, Node) or Django stack.
• Collaborate with the design team on feasibility and design reviews.
• Set up DevOps processes - CI/CD and release management.
• Hire an additional backend engineer to scale the application based on requirements.

Requirements:

• You possess strong computer science fundamentals.
• You have native Android application development skills - with Java/Kotlin as a framework.
• You have strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• You have built backends for mobile applications - using the MEAN or Django stack.
• You have some mobile app projects that are worthy of public view (Play Store, Github).
• You like discussing a plan upfront, welcome open collaboration and are an excellent verbal and written communicator.

Technical Experience:

• 2+ years' experience in creating applications using a framework such as CodeIgniter, Zend, Laravel, Bootstrap.
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL/SQL, CSS, HTML, Apache server, Java script, AJAX, jQuery, JSON, XML, APIs, Version Control/Git.
• Linux server Handling - Min 3 years experience
• LAMP, PHP & MySQL, OOP's, CodeIgniter - 3 to 4 years experience
• Experience with Version Controlling Tools - SVN, Mantis & Git

Skills:

• Able to create Solution Architecture and design based on requirements.
• Should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be a team player.
• Can identify technology trends and advances that may support the success of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm with the team to come up with ideas regarding the development requirements.
• Determine the feasibility of ideas and identify the best way and tech stack to move ahead.
• Build products and api's as per the requirements with optimized code.
• Develop products considering scalable architecture and security.
• Testing and maintenance of different server environments.
• Handle code deployment on testing and production environments.
• Maintain code versioning and administer the database properly.

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Skills:

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

• 5+ years of experience participating in the delivery of technology services.
• A proven ability to learn new applications & innovate in technology
• Strong Experience in technologies like Node, Webservices and Microservices
• Experience with cloud components and services and containerization technologies is desirable
• Exposure to ReactJS mandatory
• Experience working with multiple types of datastores: Mongo DB, SQL
• Experience in integrating, designing and developing solutions is desirable
• Experience with CI/CD and TDD is desirable
• Frameworks - Express , Hapi , feathers
• Strong knowledge in Javascript
