Freshers with prior 3-6 months of internship experience in IT Recruitment.

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This intern will support the HR Operations department, primarily focusing on employee engagement practices, retention strategies, and assisting the Senior HR Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:

4. Performance Monitoring:

5. Communication and Collaboration:
