Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital marketing and web designs.
- Generate leads via email, social outreach, networking, and bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Manage and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development role in digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience with online bidding and client acquisition via freelancing platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of web/mobile development is a plus.
- Ability to handle international clients and work independently.
