Sales Executive

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET Framework and API development. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing robust applications while mentoring junior developers and ensuring best coding practices. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications using C# and ASP.NET Core/.NET Framework. 
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange. 
• Optimize database queries and work with SQL databases for high-performance applications. 
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers. 
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications for improved efficiency. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. 
• Stay updated with emerging .NET technologies and contribute to process improvements. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development. 
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET Framework, and API development. 
• Solid understanding of OOP principles, SOLID design patterns, and best coding practices. 
• Experience with SQL databases, query optimization, and stored procedures. 
• Proficiency in Git or other version control systems. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. 
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. 

• You will be participating in feature solutioning discussions and finalizing an approach aligned with requirements.
• Preparing HLD and LLD. Making reviews of design documents
• Exploring technology and hacking way through the specific problem to accomplish desired results.
• Owning a module and delivering it end to end.
• Working in a team and at times showing leadership by taking initiatives and guiding other
• You should have evaluated new technologies and introduced relevant as and when required.
• You should have built multiple systems ground up and maintained them working.
• You should have exposed to debugging client-side production setup under crisis.

• Design and Build sophisticated and highly salable apps using Flutter.
•  Translate and Build the designs into high-quality responsive UI code.
•  Write efficient queries for core Data.
•  Use of Model-View-Controller (MVC) and Model-View-ViewModel-Controller (MVVM) architecture and develop maintainable, testable and functional software that meets product requirements.
•  Resolve any problems existing in the system and suggest and add new features in the complete system.
•  Follow the best practices while developing the app.
•  Use CI/CD for smooth deployment.
•  Document the project and code efficiently.
•  Manage the code and project on Git to keep in sync with other team members and managers.
•  Suggest new features and/or enhancements.
•  Maintaining software through product life cycle including design, development, verification and bug fixes.
•  Write tests for the App.
•  Knowledge of different state management libraries like BloC,  GetX, Provider will be a plus point.

Job Description:

- Experience as a Web Methods Developer with both MFT and JDBC adapter 

experience​

- Experience in Web Methods Integration 9.x, 10.x/above.​

- AS2 transmission with partners.​

- Working experience in webMethods designer, Integration Server, Web Services 

(REST, SOAP), pub-sub model, JMS, SAP adapter, SFDC adapter, AS400 adapter, 

Web Methods Test Suit and MQ Adapters.​

- Hands on building BPM and TN integrations. Must have built process models in 

deployed them till production.​

- Hands on CAF. Must have built custom pages on CAF and deployed then till 

production.​

- Knowledge on Scrum methodology.​

- Basic Fundamental understanding, logical reasoning, problem solving approach.​

- Excellent communication.​

- Good Problem Solving Approach 

Primary Skills :

- Experience as a Web methods Developer with both MFT and JDBC adapter 

experience​

- RESTful service development​

- In-depth ESB knowledge​

- Experience in SAP adapters

• Developing, coding and assisting the Email Marketing team with email campaigns
• Configuring multifaceted content elements to build personalized emails at scale
• Ensuring quality, consistency enforced at all steps and across all assets, devices, inboxes
• Staying up to date with trends in email development and continuing to study and improve skills
• Thinking and creating for conversion optimization (training will be given in-house)
• Building landing pages using HTML/CSS/JavaScript (front end)

• Knowledge of de-facto standards and best practices in MySQL and MongoDB
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements and Knowledge of MySQL features, such as its event scheduler
• Familiarity with other SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Knowledge of limitations in MySQL and their workarounds in contrast to other popular relational databases
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git / Mercurial / SVN

• Create elegant, efficient and maintainable software to support and extend our current products.
• Solve complex architectural challenges when implementing new features.
• Integrate with databases, file systems, cloud services when delivering scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and fix reported customer issues, delivering software patches as needed.
• Assisting in making design decisions based on performance, scalability, security, and future expansion.
• Communicating and collaborating with management, product, QA teams.

What will help you thrive in this role? 

• Degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in web development using any of the languages: PHP,  NodeJS or Golang.
• Should possess a solid grasp of object-oriented programming, system architecture & design, databases, development, and testing methodologies.
• Good in Design (HLD and LLD).
• Good in Database schema design.
• Good to have experience with AWS or Google Cloud or Azure and serverless architecture.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Track record of delivering successful products as an engineer.
• Experience with large applications of some scale will be a plus.
• Ability to deep dive, understand & improve the legacy code.
• Domain knowledge of supply chain & retail industry is a plus.
