About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to take end-to-end ownership of engineering for a fast-moving product. You’ll be responsible for architecture, execution, product quality, engineering culture, and team growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll spend approximately 60% of your time coding and reviewing code and 40% on product, people, and engineering leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Own engineering end to end, including architecture, development, delivery, quality, and hiring.
• Stay hands-on with the codebase, spending roughly 60% of your time writing and reviewing code.
• Establish and continuously improve the engineering workflow: how the team plans, builds, reviews, ships, and measures.
• Improve development velocity and reduce cycle time without compromising product quality.
• Drive AI-assisted software development across the engineering team using Claude Code and similar agentic coding tools as a core productivity lever.
• Establish practical systems and workflows that demonstrate measurable improvements in engineering throughput.
• Work closely with the founders on product strategy, technical trade-offs, priorities, and what to build next.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience taking at least one product from zero to launch.
• Experience building and scaling at least one product to a large user base.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and Node.js.
• Comfortable working with React Native / Expo.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and database fundamentals.
• Previous experience leading a small engineering team.
• A leadership style based on ownership and technical example, rather than simply assigning tickets.
• Daily experience with agentic coding tools, with the ability to demonstrate how they have improved development speed and team throughput.
• Strong product instincts and the ability to form opinions about user problems, not just technical implementation.
• Based in Chennai or willing to relocate.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Service Desk & Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, ITSM modules, and Service Desk operations. This role involves configuring, managing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform while ensuring efficient IT service delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and Asset Management.

✔ Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow platform issues and ensure timely incident resolution.

✔ Configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, notifications, and forms.

✔ Manage user roles, groups, ACLs, and security rules.

✔ Support Service Desk operations, including ticket triage, prioritization, and escalation.

✔ Perform platform upgrades, patches, and testing activities.

✔ Maintain technical documentation and user guides.

✔ Ensure ITIL best practices are followed across ServiceNow processes.

🔹 Required Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.

✔ 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and Service Desk support.

✔ Strong experience with ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB.

✔ Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Glide API scripting.

✔ Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices.

✔ Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, Active Directory ).

We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer with 3–5 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building microservices, working with cloud environments, and writing clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Golang.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs / microservices.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure strong application performance.

Must-Have Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Golang development.
• Strong understanding of Concurrency, Goroutines, Channels, and Go internals.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend design patterns.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis).
• Practical understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools.

Good to Have

• Experience with gRPC, GraphQL, or message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Knowledge of performance tuning and distributed systems.
• Understanding of clean architecture and domain-driven design.

A highly talented and driven technical product owner with 8+ years of overall experience and 5 years actively as technical product manager/owner.

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in mobile development and web technologies (CMS, Angular React).

Has excellent analytical and communication skills with proven ability to influence and negotiate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Experience defining product strategy from scratch with implementation success in previous roles is a must.

Proven experience one or more of mobile/healthcare/fintech domains or startup space.

Technical background in building mobile/cloud/ML/AI/SaaS products and bring own point of view in proposing the solutions to client requirements.

Act as product evangelist with deep curiosity on technology trends and being able to go deep into technology and relate technical enhancements to build product vision.

Nice to Have

Extensive experience working in an Agile Scrum methodology.
