Job Role: As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, helping them select the right universities and programs, and ensuring a smooth application experience. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents about various universities, courses, admission requirements, and career prospects. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from prospective students. Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate. Assist students with application procedures, visa processes, and documentation. Collaborate with partner universities to stay updated on admission criteria, deadlines, and scholarships. Maintain and update the student database and generate reports on admissions progress. Participate in education fairs, webinars, and marketing campaigns to generate leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or education consulting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
