About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Director – Growth, Sales & Delivery who can operate at the intersection of B2B growth, client engagement, solution delivery, and technology.
This role is ideal for someone who can identify and develop business opportunities, engage with clients to understand their requirements, work closely with engineering teams to shape solutions, and drive those solutions from ideation to delivery.
The role sits within the Intelligent Document Processing business, one of the key revenue-generating verticals, with a strong focus on use cases such as invoice processing, KYC, and other document-intensive business processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Growth & Business Development
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities and client relationships.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities for AI-led solutions.
- Contribute to GTM initiatives, commercialisation strategies, and early-stage solution discovery.
- Build and leverage relevant industry relationships and networks to generate opportunities.
- Take ownership of opportunities from initial conversations through solution definition.
2. Solution Delivery & Ownership
- Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to translate client requirements into practical solutions.
- Own the solutioning and delivery journey from ideation to implementation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and aligned with client expectations.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into clear solution approaches.
- Drive execution with a strong sense of ownership and delivery orientation.
3. Technology & Solutioning
- Bring a good understanding of technology and modern AI/automation tools.
- Work with technical teams to define solution blueprints and approaches.
- Ability to understand and leverage technology platforms and tools to develop or prototype solutions.
- Coding expertise is not mandatory, but familiarity with technology, cloud platforms, AI tools, and solution development will be an advantage.

- 3+ years of experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates with ~1 year of experience who demonstrate strong relevant capabilities.
- Strong exposure to B2B growth, business development, sales, client engagement, or solution consulting.
- Experience working with clients and taking ownership of opportunities from discovery to execution.
- Strong delivery and ownership mindset, with the ability to work effectively with engineering/technical teams.
- Understanding of technology and ability to participate in solution design discussions.
- Experience in oice processing, or related domains will be highly relevant.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates from IITs, IIITs, NITs, BITS, and other premier engineering institutions would be preferred, particularly where combined with relevant industry experience.

- Experience with AI/automation-led solutioning or technology consulting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern AI/technology tools.
- Prior experience in a technical role, product/solution role, or engineering environment.
