About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, resourceful Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with Worql's founder across business development, growth, research, and daily operations.

This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility from day one. Your primary focus will be helping Worql acquire new customers by identifying promising companies, engaging decision-makers, building relationships, and generating qualified sales opportunities.

Beyond sales, you'll contribute to marketing, market research, product feedback, and operational projects that support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and research potential customers, particularly founders and executives of software development and IT services companies.

About the role

You’ll help identify product opportunities, define what we should build and work with engineering to take improvements from an idea through launch.
