Key Requirements :

• 5+ Years of experience with UiPath RPA (Studio and Orchestrator) as an end-to-end automation developer.
• UiPath Professional Developer or Solutions Architect certification.
• Strong expertise in Agile project delivery methods and tools.
• Advanced skills in web scraping (e.g., Computer Vision, OCR) and API integrations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients for requirement gathering and process analysis.
• Lead end-to-end RPA solution design, development, and delivery.
• Configure, test, and deploy integrations with internal and external databases.
• Develop and maintain documentation (e.g., PDD, SDD).
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Ensure best practices (e.g., RE framework, naming conventions).
• Guide UiPath Orchestrator integration and deployment.
• Manage source code repositories (GIT) and REST API usage.
• Provide support for user testing, issue resolution, and customer relationship teams.

The Role

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Blitzy's Pune headquarters, you will be the backbone of our platform's reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. You'll work at the intersection of software engineering and infrastructure, ensuring our AI-powered development platform remains highly available and performant as we scale rapidly. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an engineer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes deep ownership of the systems they build.

What Success Looks Like

• In 30 days: You have a deep understanding of Blitzy's infrastructure architecture, have identified key reliability risks, and are actively contributing to on-call rotations.
• In 90 days: You have shipped meaningful improvements to observability, incident response workflows, and deployment pipelines that measurably reduce MTTR and increase system uptime.
• In 6 months: You have driven at least one major reliability initiative from inception to production, established SLO/SLA frameworks for critical services, and are a trusted technical voice shaping our infrastructure roadmap.

Areas of Ownership

• Design, build, and operate scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Define and enforce SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets; lead blameless postmortems and drive systemic improvements.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and deployment infrastructure.
• Own observability: design and maintain logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
• Partner closely with software engineering teams to embed reliability practices into the development lifecycle.
• Drive capacity planning, performance benchmarking, and cost optimization across our infrastructure.
• Champion security best practices within the infrastructure and deployment layers.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS preferred); experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent).
• Proven track record designing and maintaining high-availability, distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in observability tooling, incident management, and on-call practices.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Go, Bash, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering teams and present technical findings to leadership.

Strong Storyboarding Visualiser profile

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of experience in designing/visualisation with experience in creating storyboards for animation, video, or marketing content

Mandatory (Experience 2):Must have experience in conceptualising visual stories, including interpreting scripts, briefs, or creative ideas into clear visual sequences

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience in client/team management, coordinating with designers, animators, copywriters, and clients to ensure creative deliverables meet brand and project standards.

Mandatory (Tech Skills 1): Must have knowledge of motion graphics and video editing, including tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software, with an understanding of how storyboards translate into animation.

Mandatory (Tech Skills 2): Must have strong drawing and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to convey mood, movement, action, camera angles, transitions, and composition in both digital and traditional formats.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Strong portfolio/work samples showcasing storyboards, motion graphics, visual storytelling, or video/design projects. Portfolio should clearly demonstrate creativity, drawing ability, sequencing, and software proficiency.

Mandatory (Note1): Candidate must be flexible to work in shifts from 2 PM to 11 PM, aligning with team and client requirements

Mandatory (Note2): Work is going to be pre-production focused

What you'll do:

·         Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development:  Angular, Node, TypeScript, JavaScript, Apache Cordova, RESTful APIs and more

·         Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible

·         Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible

·         Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Automate feature testing and contribute UI testing framework

·         Become a subject matter expert for our mobile applications

·         Deliver amazing solutions to production that knock everyone’s socks off

·         Mentor junior developers on the team

Basic Qualifications: 

·         Minimum B.S. / M.S. Computer Science or related discipline from accredited college or University

·         At least 6 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering web applications with Angular, Node, Typescript, IONIC and JavaScript

·         At least 2 years of experience building iOS-based applications utilizing hybrid technologies

·         At least 2 years of experience with AWS and/or Openshift

·         Experience integrating with native device API’s (iOS)

·         Experience with front-end and/or mobile-specific testing frameworks

·         Strong experience in object-oriented design and development

·         Knowledge of building and consuming RESTful APIs

·         Excellent sense of web design, passionate about creating and refining great mobile user experiences.

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet established timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Proficient with Apache Cordova framework
