We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Web Development Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting web projects and gain hands-on experience in front-end and back-end development. This internship is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in web development while contributing to real-world projects.

Eligibility

Responsibilities

• Creating new websites from scratch.
• Redesigning and rebuilding existing websites.

Be the client’s go‑to

• Act as the first point of contact for everyday questions. Pull in the CEO/CTO/Partner only when needed.
• Send regular, clear updates. Set next steps and dates. Nudge gently but firmly for client deliverables (lists, approvals, sign‑offs).
• Run friendly product demos and help clients self‑serve so they’re not stuck waiting on us.
• Answer “how does this work?” in plain English. When there’s a request, document it and report to the Product team.
• QA runs and dashboards before sharing. Check data accuracy, consent, and eligibility.

Run studies smoothly

• Set up the essentials (WhatsApp/Meta Business, channels, permissions) with the tech team.
• Create and maintain simple templates for conversations, cohorts, outreach, and updates.
• Manage cohorts: load lists, schedule, monitor response health, fix issues, and rerun if necessary.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid backend development experience, with additional working knowledge of PHP and Python. Exposure to frontend frameworks like React.js and Angular will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Node.js.

• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.

• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design efficient data models and queries.

• Integrate third-party services and APIs when required.

• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring of junior developers.

• Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend development experience.

• Strong expertise in Node.js and hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).

• Good working knowledge of PHP and Python.

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

• Working knowledge of React.js and Angular is preferred.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary job of the incumbent is to detail and document all customer-impacting processes.

He/ She shall also be the domain expert on the credit card management system and be the interface for system enhancements as well as testing the functionalities before the release of those enhancements into production.

●      Document all customer-impacting processes. Discuss with all stakeholders to lay out the processes for the organisation.

●      Discussion with stakeholders on business enhancements required on Credit Card management system and automation required on satellite systems/ End User computing systems.

●      Business Analysis for enhancements to the Credit Card Management System/ EUC systems.

●      Lead the UAT for Credit Card Management systems/ EUC systems. Define and execute test cases for code and product changes pending implementation.

●      Research transactional data to identify anomalies and facilitate process improvement efforts.

● Manage/ Control the overall process depository.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

SKILLS REQUIRED

●      Deep understanding of the Credit Card life cycle.

●      Deep understanding of Credit Card Management systems (Cardpac, VisionPlus, Any )

●      2/3 years’ experience in a Credit Card Operations/ Service

●      Highly organized with strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.

●      Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant years’ experience considered.

●      Experience with use case development and testing coordination.

Knowledge of process analysis and process efficiencies.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

B.Tech./ BE - Computer, IT, Electronics only

Requirements:

• 3+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
