Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in US staffing/IT consulting and existing contacts with decision-makers (DM) or CXOs. This role focuses on lead generation and outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn, with a daily target of booking at least 3 demos for our sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of hitting or exceeding demo booking targets and a stable work history (not more than 3 companies in the last 2 years).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels (online databases, social media, etc.).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads in the US market.
- Leverage existing relationships with decision-makers (DMs/CXOs) to open new doors and shorten the sales cycle.
- Outbound Outreach
- Conduct daily outreach via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule demos.
- Achieve a target of 3 demos booked per day, ensuring a strong flow of opportunities for the sales team.
- Prospecting & Qualification
- Qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to handoff qualified leads and provide necessary background information.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to refine messaging, identify new lead sources, and improve outreach strategies.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly outreach metrics.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements to enhance lead generation efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of SDR/inside sales experience in US staffing or IT consulting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding demo booking targets.
- Existing network/relationships with decision-makers (DMs/CXOs) in the US market is highly desirable.
- Experience using CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Stable work history: Not more than 3 companies in the last 2 years.
- Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad.
- Familiarity with US time zones and ability to adjust work hours, if needed.
