Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Profiling: Identify, refine, and target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to ensure campaigns resonate with high-value clients in the B2B space.

• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Ad Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize targeted ad campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google to generate leads from SMBs in the USA.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on B2B marketing trends, testing new approaches to improve lead quality and conversion rates while aligning with VRT’s strategic objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation targeting SMBs.
• Expertise in running ad campaigns across LinkedIn (a must), Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
• Strong skills in audience segmentation and targeting strategies for the B2B market.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Ability to develop and implement organic growth strategies for lead generation.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with the SMB market in the USA is highly desirable.
