Job description

The Role: Onet is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Account Based Marketing team and help accelerate revenue growth. The SDR’s core function is to prospect and qualify leads through a variety of methods. As a SDR, you will work closely with the sales, marketing and operations teams to convert demand into sales opportunities. An ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and personable self-starter who is excited to work in a rapidly moving start-up. You will interact daily with our friendly, passionate Onet sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities: * Source new customers to fuel Onet’s and their campaign's growth * Qualify leads through online research and other available information and databases * Identify new target companies * Cultivate leads through email campaigns and other initiatives, which will include outbound cold-calls * Establish that all leads meet ideal customer profile before handing off to Sales/Account Managers * Ensure handoffs to account executives / BD are successful and exceed customer expectations. * Accurately forecast and track leads & activities (emails, calls, meetings) using CRM * Analyze data to understand effectiveness of lead sources and tactics, presenting findings to executives and improving strategies as needed * Have the autonomy to operate beyond your role and help the team continuously improve and optimize our process, training, use of technology, and any other aspects of our business Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree required * 1 year+ minimum of marketing research, lead generation, sales / SDR or other similar experience required * Startup experience preferred * Passion for finding and identifying potential customers according to the business needs * Results-driven, self-starter, persistent, highly motivated to drive results * Good verbal and written (email) communications skills * Proficiency with Gmail and Excel * Experience with a CRM (any. We use Hubspot) * Have a strong desire to pursue a career in Sales & Marketing * Enjoy working in a collaboratively competitive environment.
