As a Senior Security Operations Engineer, you will be an integral part of Qualys SOC (Security Operation Center) and CSIRT (Cyber Security Incident Response Team) contributing to the day-to-day activities aimed at governing entire incident management lifecycle from incident monitoring, triaging, analyzing, and responding to security incidents. This role requires a solid understanding of security technologies, incident triage/investigation & incident response, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential threats. You will leverage advanced cybersecurity tools and techniques to monitor and secure Qualys infrastructure/systems, Qualys Cloud Platforms, respond to alerts, investigate potential threats, and proactively work for mitigation of identified cyber threats/incidents. At the same time, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to other SOC engineers in the team and working closely with SOC/CSIRT leadership to improve the organization’s security posture.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails and digital channels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations remotely.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Handle customer objections effectively and negotiate deals.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular pipeline updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
