About the Role
We are a fast-growing SaaS company expanding into the US market and seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to accelerate our growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution — ideal for a competitive and results-oriented professional.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and generate qualified leads across multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, calls, and digital campaigns
Build, track, and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule demos and ensure smooth client handoffs
Meet and exceed monthly lead generation & conversion targets
Track outreach KPIs and optimize campaigns for improved efficiency
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS lead generation or sales — preferably targeting the US market
Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong negotiation and follow-up skills
Self-starter mindset — proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently

Arthur Grand Technologies is looking for a motivated Business Development Market Research Analyst to support lead generation and client acquisition for the US IT Staffing market. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, analyze competitors, identify potential clients, and generate leads to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify companies hiring IT professionals in the US market.
- Perform competitor analysis to understand other IT staffing companies, their services, and client engagement strategies.
- Generate business leads for US IT staffing and recruitment services.
- Identify and build a database of target clients, HR contacts, and hiring managers.
