Job Title: Business Development Specialist (SaaS – USA Market)

Job Type: Remote/ (Hybrid Whenever as required), Location : Trichy

Shift Time: US Shift (06.30pm-03.30am), Experience: 2-4+ B2B SaaS Product Sales (US Market Preferred)

About the Role

We are a fast-growing SaaS company expanding into the US market and seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to accelerate our growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution — ideal for a competitive and results-oriented professional.

Key Responsibilities

> Identify, research, and generate qualified leads across multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, calls, and digital campaigns

> Build, track, and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

> Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule demos and ensure smooth client handoffs Meet and exceed monthly lead generation & conversion targets

> Track outreach KPIs and optimize campaigns for improved efficiency

What We’re Looking For

>3+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS lead generation or sales — preferably targeting the US market

> Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)

> Excellent written and verbal communication with strong negotiation and follow-up skills

> Self-starter mindset — proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently

> Familiarity with the US B2B sales landscape will be an added advantage
