Roles & Responsibilities • Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc. • Convert PPT/storyboards into engaging digital content. • Create basic videos, animations, quizzes, and assessments. • Add interactivities, voiceovers, and subtitles. • Test and publish courses in SCORM/xAPI format. • Upload and manage courses on LMS. • Do basic QA and revisions based on feedback. • Work with Instructional Designers and SMEs.
Skills Required • Knowledge of e-learning tools (Storyline/Captivate – anyone). • Good PowerPoint and MS Office skills. • Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva/Photoshop/Premiere – preferred). • Understanding of LMS and e-learning concepts. • Good communication and time management.
