Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for:
• Fabrics (raw materials)
• Readymade sarees
• Artwork products
• Bulk stock
• Returns and exchanges
• Track fabric consumption against confirmed orders and production plans
• Record and monitor all stock movements, including inward, outward, damaged, returned, and
exchanged items
• Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained and proactively raise replenishment alerts
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely availability of fabrics and materials
Dispatch & Order Coordination
• Coordinate closely with the Dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Act as the primary point of coordination between Dispatch and Customer Care teams
• Share real-time updates on dispatch status, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines
• Support resolution of dispatch-related issues, including delays, RTOs, returns, and exchanges
• Ensure all customer-facing information related to orders and inventory is accurate and consistent
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
• Assist the Customer Care team with order status inquiries and dispatch-related concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints related to inventory or dispatch
• Ensure smooth closure of customer issues with proper documentation and follow

Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads,
meeting business clients, understanding their IT infrastructure needs,
proposing suitable solutions, and closing deals.
This is a pure B2B field sales role focused on IT infrastructure and support
services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads from businesses across Pune
Conduct client meetings and understand IT/network/security requirements
Propose suitable IT infrastructure and AMC solutions
Coordinate with technical team for solution design and quotations
Follow up and close deals
Maintain client relationships for repeat business and AMC opportunities
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Mandatory Requirements (Do not share profiles without these)
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
Experience in selling IT services, IT hardware, networking, security, or
software solutions
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
Experience handling complete sales cycle: lead → meeting → proposal →
closure
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven approach
Based in Pune and willing to travel locally for meetings
Preferred Background
Candidates from the following backgrounds will be preferred:
IT services / system integrator companies
IT hardware / networking / cybersecurity sales
Telecom / ISP / software solution sales
Experience selling to SMEs, hospitals, schools, CA firms, corporates
Key Skills Required
Understanding of basic IT infrastructure (Wi-Fi, firewall, servers, desktops,
AMC)
Lead generation through cold calling, references, LinkedIn, and field visits
Ability to identify decision makers in organizations
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and performance-oriented attitude
