Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life insurance products such as Term Plans, ULIPs, Endowment Plans, Child Plans, and Pension Plans
• Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, and walk-in customers
• Assist customers with policy documentation and KYC procedures
• Ensure timely policy issuance and provide post-sales customer support
• Follow up for policy renewals and premium payments
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain productivity standards
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with IRDAI guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Basic communication skills in English/Hindi
• Willingness to work in sales and field activities

Skills Required:

• Customer handling and relationship management
• Sales and persuasion skills
• Basic understanding of insurance products
• Time management and follow-up skills

Experience:

• 0–3 years (Life Insurance experience preferred but not mandatory)

International Admission Counsellor (Study Abroad)

Location:

Delhi (Onsite)

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year experience in international admissions / study abroad consultancy

(Same field experience mandatory)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced International Admission Counsellor to handle end-to-end overseas education admissions. The role involves student counselling, university & course shortlisting, application processing, and student conversion for international programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students for international admissions (UG / PG / Doctorate)
• Guide students on country, university & program selection
• Assess student profiles and eligibility for overseas universities
• Handle application processing, documentation & submission
• Provide guidance on SOP, CV & LOR requirements
• Coordinate with universities for offer letters & follow-ups
• Manage student leads via calls, WhatsApp & virtual counselling
• Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads
• Maintain accurate records in CRM / Excel
• Meet monthly admission and conversion targets

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of study abroad admission processes
• Experience with UK / Europe / USA / Canada / Australia admissions (any)
• University & course shortlisting expertise
• Application handling & documentation knowledge
• Student counselling & objection handling skills
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Professional email & WhatsApp communication
• Target-driven & result-oriented mindset

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year experience in international admissions (mandatory)
• Experience with education consultancy preferred
• Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline)
• Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
