Key Responsibilities:

• Chatbot Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end development of our chatbot product, from ideation, architecture definition, and MVP launch to scale-up.
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the chatbot product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Requirement Documentation: Draft comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) detailing user stories, workflows, and technical integrations (LLMs, APIs).
• Conversation Design & UX: Collaborate with UX teams to craft intuitive conversational flows and ensure a seamless user experience across WhatsApp, Web, and App.
• AI/ML Collaboration: Work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Vertex AI) for dynamic, context-aware interactions.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and bot analytics platforms to monitor user behavior, define success metrics, and iterate features.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align product development with market demands and go-to-market strategy.
• Project Management: Drive agile processes using Jira, ensuring timely sprint deliveries, backlog grooming, and resolution of blockers.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in Product Management, with direct experience in chatbot or conversational AI product development.
• AI & LLM Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP technologies, and experience integrating AI-powered chatbots.
• Platform Ecosystem: Exposure to WhatsApp Business API ecosystem and conversational commerce tools.
• Mobile & Web Product Understanding: Ability to oversee chatbot deployment across mobile apps and web platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in product analytics using Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
• Project Management Tools: Experience with Jira or similar agile project management tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA is a plus.

Department Accounts and Finance

JD:  

Accounting Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts and finance department.

 Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

 Supervise the maintenance of general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.

 Review and approve journal entries and adjustments.

 Perform ledger scrutiny to identity unusual balances and highlight

the same with resolution measures.

Monitor reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables, and payables.

 Managing and maintaining borrowing and liquidity profile of the

Company and assisting CFO in evaluating various fund raising

options.

Preparation of documents relating to fresh borrowings and renewal

of existing credit lines.

Ensuring compliance with Indian GAAP and IND AS as per reporting

requirements of client companies Auditing.

Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and

reports to senior management.

 Prepare quarterly Ind AS financial statements as required for Board

&exchange filing.

 Assist in preparation of annual financial statements with disclosures.

 Assist in various audits and data requirements. (Internal, Stat & IFC)

Prepare various information packs as required for management and

board meetings.

Regulatory reporting Prepare and file quarterly RBI XBRL returns.

 Collation of information asked by RBI from time to time and during yearly inspection.

Ensure compliance with TDS, GST & Labour laws.

Skills Strong understanding of accounting principals.

 Knowledge of Indian taxation specially TDS & GST.

 Proficient with MS Office products. (MS Excel, word & outlook)

 Self-motivated and proactive with good communication skills.

 Working knowledge of Oracle fusion will be added advantage.

Job Objectives:

• Lead the design of efficient power evacuation systems to integrate solar power plants with the national or regional grid.
• Design the layout of transmission lines, substations, step-up transformers, and switchgear for large-scale solar projects.
• Perform load flow studies, short circuit studies, and other electrical analyses to ensure the robustness of evacuation systems.
• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of power evacuation systems, ensuring they are aligned with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Coordinate with external consultants, EPC contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the power evacuation systems.
• Ensure that all evacuation designs are compliant with local, national, and international standards (such as IEC, IEEE).

Data engineers:

Designing and building optimized data pipelines using cutting-edge technologies in a cloud environment to drive analytical insights.This would also include develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and builds out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity

Constructing infrastructure for efficient ETL processes from various sources and storage systems.

Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Business Managers to design technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

Leading the implementation of algorithms and prototypes to transform raw data into useful information.

Architecting, designing, and maintaining database pipeline architectures, ensuring readiness for AI/ML transformations.

Creating innovative data validation methods and data analysis tools.

Ensuring compliance with data governance and security policies.

Interpreting data trends and patterns to establish operational alerts.

Developing analytical tools, utilities, and reporting mechanisms.

Conducting complex data analysis and presenting results effectively.
