Stakeholder Partnership
Conduct detailed vacancy intake discussions with hiring managers to align on expectations, hiring strategy, and timelines.

Continuously evolve recruitment strategies based on changing business needs and market dynamics.
End-to-End Recruitment Management
Create and manage hiring plans with clear deliverables, milestones, and formal tracking mechanisms.
Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews in line with role specifications and organizational standards.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to build strong shortlists within consistent timelines.
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences to ensure strong role fit.
Talent Pipeline & Sourcing
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, research, and relationship management.
Leverage internal talent pools, referrals, job portals, social media, agencies, and other sourcing channels effectively.
Ensure a continuous pipeline of ready-to-hire talent for critical and future roles.
Process Excellence & Data-Driven Decisions
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
Use data insights to improve hiring efficiency, decision-making, and overall recruitment outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and systems.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and guide Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure high performance and capability development.
Set clear goals, review performance, and foster a collaborative and high-accountability culture within the team.

What Youʼll Do:
- Build and own core systems (web + backend + data) from scratch—designed to scale.

- Drive architecture decisions: APIs, database design, eventing, caching, security basics, observability, and performance.

What Weʼre Looking For:

- Strong expertise in Backend: Python/Java, APIs, scalability patterns Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL + one NoSQL/search system (Elastic/OpenSearch/Vector DB is a plus)
- Proven experience building platforms/products from zero 1, then stabilizing for scale.
- Practical AI experience (not just demos): LLM integrations, prompt/tooling patterns, evaluation, safety/guardrails RAG/semantic search, embeddings, vector stores, reranking, data pipelines
- High ownership mindset; comfortable with ambiguity, tight timelines, and strong accountability.
- Strong communication—clear docs, crisp decisions, visible trade-offs.
