Play a mission-critical role in transforming 'Finance Departments' to become a 'Finance Intelligence Deparment' with an Intelligent Account Payables Automation System. You'll be driving growth & market share in a particular geography for a global SaaS Product that has helped hundreds of businesses have their finance teams gain complete insight into spend data by automating account payables within the organization. Job Description To build on the traction gained by Finly and to drive it further, we are looking to add high-quality Sales professionals across all the major Indian metro regions. The role entails driving growth & market share in particular geography by selling Finly's industry-leading AP cloud offering to medium & large enterprises and quarterbacking deals from start to finish. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales. 1+ years of experience leading or managing a sales team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Data-driven mindset. Holds self and others accountable for results Follows through on difficult decisions. Demonstrates different influence styles as appropriate to the situation while maintaining positive relationships. Builds and maintains trusting relationships with associates and customers. Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills: Previous experience managing or leading people. B2B Sales in Medium & Large Enterprises Ability to inspire and motivate a team of individuals to achieve phenomenal results. Must be a highly-motivated “self-starter” with excellent verbal communication skills. Must be detail oriented to manage the day-to-day operations of lead generation, but must also possess the strategic business acumen required to participate in the design and develop of new lead generation programs.
