· Oversee high volume pipeline management
1. Proven success in cold outreach and closing high-value deals.
2. Conduct cold calls, emails, and social outreach (LinkedIn, Twitter) to identify potential clients.
3. Moderate grasp of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, web development).
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, hubspot etc..) and video conferencing (Zoom, Teams).
6. Research international markets to target decision-makers in need of digital solutions (SEO, PPC, web design).
7. Negotiate contracts and close deals independently, ensuring alignment with client goals.
8. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreements. 9. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
10. Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell

- Lead and manage the SEO team to deliver results aligned with client goals.
- Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored SEO solutions.
- Conduct in-depth online research to identify potential clients and collect contact data for outreach.
- Develop and implement robust on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Optimize content, websites, and landing pages for search engine visibility and performance.
- Continuously discover and optimize for high-performing keywords. Build and maintain high-quality, natural backlinks to improve search rankings and domain authority.
- Analyze competitor websites and digital strategies to identify SEO growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the graphics, content, and SEO teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar for articles and blog posts to support organic growth.
- Monitor and evaluate search engine performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with web developers and the broader marketing team to implement SEO best practices.
