- Understand client requirements and educate them about the suitable solution that can meet their specific requirements and Responsible for end-to-end sales cycle, right from lead generation to deal closure with BANT Approach
- Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets.
- Negotiate with clients to drive maximum business.
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Present the product demo and elaborately describe the introduction, benefits & features of the same.
- Management of entire sales cycle.
- Depending on business requirements, BDM may be required to travel across country for developing the existing or newer opportunities.
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software products and services, including SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
