About the Role

We are looking for a creative Video Editor + Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in content creation, editing, and visual design. You will work closely with the marketing and content team to produce high-quality videos, reels, graphics, and social media creatives.

Responsibilities

• Edit videos, reels, and promotional content for marketing campaigns
• Create professional graphics, banners, social media creatives, thumbnails, and presentations
• Work with brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative content ideas
• Add animations, transitions, motion graphics, and typography
• Manage multiple projects with timely delivery
• Optimize videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram & other channels

Required Skills

• 1+ year experience in video editing & graphic designing
• Strong knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva

·    Support and Expand the Investment Performance Calculation and Reporting Applications within Nuveen. 

·    Understand and document business and functional requirements for performance calculation and reporting

Required Skills

·    Candidate must have 7-10 years of experience working with Asset Management firms

·    Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience working on investment performance calculation & reporting projects

·    Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience with projects related to IBOR systems for Asset Management firms supporting all the major asset classes
