Job Description

Work alongside a highly skilled engineering team to design, develop, and maintain large-scale, highly performant, real-time applications.

Own building features, driving directly with product and other engineering teams.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills in working with technical and non-technical audiences.

Be an evangelist for best practices across all functions - developers, QA, and infrastructure/ops.

Be an evangelist for platform innovation and reuse.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience building large-scale and low-latency distributed systems.

Command of Java or C++.

Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, performance optimization techniques, object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and real-time programming.

Experience with distributed caching, SQL/NO SQL, and other databases is a plus.

Experience with Big Data and cloud services such as AWS/GCP is a plus.

Experience in the advertising domain is a big plus.

B. S. or M. S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra.

About the role:

-Enable performance measurement and tracking of key metrics for the partnerships vertical.

-Own competition analysis and Identify new business trends in the ecosystem. Provide the business team with insights to work on new features, competitive advantage and technology intelligence.

-Work on consumer spending data emerging from card usage and provide use cases for the business team to pursue partners.

-Comparative analysis between vendors/partners and recommend choices to the business team.  

Requirements:

-1-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting roles or research roles.

-Data interpretation, presentation and comparative analysis are must haves.

-Excellent communication skills

-MBA/Management graduate from tier1 B-school  - IIM/ISB/IIT/BITS/NIT/DU Colleges

Below are the must-have's in the candidate:

1) 2+ years of experience in LabVIEW development or training

2) Must have fluent English

3) At least 1500 hours of experience programming in LabVIEW.

4) Minimum certification of National Instruments CLAD, Certified LabVIEW Developer or

higher credential preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Experienced with automation tools -Selenium or Appium

Defect management tools (ie: JIRA) Scripting knowledge with Java Programming language 

Understanding of current technologies, Software Test Life Cycle (STLC), Agile and Iterative Development methodologies.

Identify and communicate test plan / cases to automate based on automation framework and approach Defect management tools (ie: JIRA).

Good to Have:

Jmeter, Saucelabs, Testfairy, Postman, Charles proxy, Logcat, etc.

Agile methodology.

Legal Assistant responsibility include:

• Negotiate, review, drafting, vetting of various contracts and agreements 

• Drafting knowledge of notices/reply notice/letters to any govt., & Non-Govt. authorities.

• Drafting of other miscellaneous documents like Power of Attorney, Undertakings required as per the need of business, Memorandum of Understanding, No Objection Certificate (NOC)

• Responsible for supporting Groups Secretarial function, convening of Board shareholders & Committee Meeting

• Attending and handling court cases, case notices and handle all litigation matters with support of external counsel;

• Submission of reports/ MIS/ litigation updates, contract trackers to the Department on monthly & quarterly basis.

• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations

• Taking care of any matter as and when received from the management and advising them within the legal ambit.

• Maintain knowledge of all new changes in the law, analyze implications and suggest a manner of implementation.

• Responsible for maintaining all legal records & documents within the legal department.

• Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing systems.
• Maintaining of statutory register and records

• To work with external law firms, other consultants, statutory auditors as and when required.

• Manage the day-to-day affairs of assigned sub-tasks.

• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the department as and when required.

10+ years of sales/business development experience in Cyber Security Domain

·        Experience building and executing a partner led go to market model

·        Strong background in executive-level communication

·        Strong skills in a cross-functional teaming environment

·        Having an insightful view of the overall business landscape, including financial and partner business drivers

·        Understands how to evaluate, interpret, and incorporate financial data in daily decisions to understand the organization's financial goals and focus the efforts in solving complex partner needs

·        Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive level relationships at customers, partners .

·        Working across Boundaries - Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units, partners and solution teams in complex business engagements
