Experience Level

• Experience working in Agile and eXtreme Programming methodologies within a continuous deployment environment

About the role:

-Enable performance measurement and tracking of key metrics for the partnerships vertical.

-Own competition analysis and Identify new business trends in the ecosystem. Provide the business team with insights to work on new features, competitive advantage and technology intelligence.

1. Develop and Deploy Software:
1. Architect and create an effective build and release process using industry best practices and tools
2. Create and manage build scripts to deploy software in a multi-cloud environment
3. Look for opportunities to automate as much of the deployment process as possible to provide for repeatability, auditability, scalability and build in process enforcement
2. Manage Release Schedule:
1. Act as a “gate keeper” for all releases into production
2. Work closely with business stakeholders, development managers and developers to prepare a release schedule
3. Help prioritize deployment requests for version upgrades, patches and hot-fixes
3. Continuous Delivery of Software:
1. Implement Continuous Integration (CI) practices to drive development teams to implement smaller changes and commit code to the version control repo frequently
2. Implement Continuous Development (CD) practices that automates deployment of the application to several environments – Dev, Test and Production
3. Implement Continuous Testing (functional and non-functional) to execute tests in the CI/CD pipeline
4. Manage Version Control:

We are looking for a passionate PMO Lead to be part of Enterprise PMO which responsible for the entire organization support function on compliance , adherence and Governance of Standards, Operations, Policies and Procedures. We are looking for very dynamic and energetic PMO Lead to drive the delivery governance and excellence  as per Business Objectives.  Looking of people with high level accountability and ownership to drive the things for very fast growing start-up services company in India.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 8
years of program management office (PMO)  with an ability to think tactically as well as strategically while leading cross functional teams in a matrixed environment. He is single point of contact for Delivery PMO and Process Governance. The primary goal of this candidate is to achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes, and methods to be leveraged by multiple project owners. The candidate should have the ability to provide a decision support information for stakeholders (including executives) to make appropriate decisions. The candidate should also could underpin the project delivery mechanisms ensuring that all business change in an organization is managed in a controlled way.

Responsibilities:

• Transparency: providing information with a single source of the truth. Information should be relevant and accurate to support effective decision-making by stakeholders (including senior management).
• Reusability: stopping project teams from reinventing the wheel by being a central point for lessons learned templates and best practice.
• Delivery : making it easy for project teams to do their jobs by reducing bureaucracy, mentoring and process compliance. This includes the better coordination between two of delivery teams (One time Implementation and Managed Services) and other cross functional teams for SOP compliance and adherence.
• Governance: ensuring that communication to different stakeholders (including senior management) & decisions are taken by the right people , based on the right information presented. The governance role can also include audit or peer reviews, developing project and program structures, Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring accountability including of Information Security Management System as per ISO standards.
• Traceability: providing the function for managing documentation, project history and organizational knowledge.

• Create, Maintain and Own the PMO Delivery and Process Governance Metrics which includes Project Financials, Task and Ticket Metrics, Process KPI, Process Improvements, Delivery Governance and Excellence

We’re looking to hire someone to help scale Machine Learning and NLP efforts at Episource. You’ll work with the team that develops the models powering Episource’s product focused on NLP driven medical coding. Some of the problems include improving our ICD code recommendations , clinical named entity recognition and information extraction from clinical notes.

This is a role for highly technical machine learning & data engineers who combine outstanding oral and written communication skills, and the ability to code up prototypes and productionalize using a large range of tools, algorithms, and languages. Most importantly they need to have the ability to autonomously plan and organize their work assignments based on high-level team goals.

You will be responsible for setting an agenda to develop and ship machine learning models that positively impact the business, working with partners across the company including operations and engineering. You will use research results to shape strategy for the company, and help build a foundation of tools and practices used by quantitative staff across the company.

What you will achieve:

• Define the research vision for data science, and oversee planning, staffing, and prioritization to make sure the team is advancing that roadmap

• Invest in your team’s skills, tools, and processes to improve their velocity, including working with engineering counterparts to shape the roadmap for machine learning needs

• Hire, retain, and develop talented and diverse staff through ownership of our data science hiring processes, brand, and functional leadership of data scientists

• Evangelise machine learning and AI internally and externally, including attending conferences and being a thought leader in the space

• Partner with the executive team and other business leaders to deliver cross-functional research work and models

Required Skills:

• Strong background in classical machine learning and machine learning deployments is a must and preferably with 4-8 years of experience

• Knowledge of deep learning & NLP

• Hands-on experience in TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Python, Apache Spark & Big Data platforms to manipulate large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

• Experience with GPU computing is a plus.

• Professional experience as a data science leader, setting the vision for how to most effectively use data in your organization. This could be through technical leadership with ownership over a research agenda, or developing a team as a personnel manager in a new area at a larger company.

• Expert-level experience with a wide range of quantitative methods that can be applied to business problems.

• Evidence you’ve successfully been able to scope, deliver and sell your own research in a way that shifts the agenda of a large organization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills on quantitative topics for a variety of audiences: product managers, designers, engineers, and business leaders.

• Fluent in data fundamentals: SQL, data manipulation using a procedural language, statistics, experimentation, and modeling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in data science and machine learning, preferably at a software product company

• 3+ years of experience managing data science teams, incl. managing/grooming managers beneath you

• 3+ years of experience partnering with executive staff on data topics
