Designation- Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Better Analytics Pvt Ltd (Scremer). The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our user base, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and developing innovative strategies to promote Scremer.
Roles and Responsibilities
- The person in this role will lead the development of new business opportunities that support our overall growth strategy for our Software products and services.
- Perform marketing strategies, Initiate discussions with the employers/companies through emails, calls, campaigns, and scheduled meetings, and apply other techniques to acquire new clients.
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration of business development initiatives.
- Create sales pitches about Scremer and effectively present them to employers/company SPOCS.
- Act as the face of Scremer in various industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Represent the brand professionally and effectively communicate its value proposition.
- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
- Set up a sales pipeline and automate the sales process using tools like Odoo, Zoho CRM.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends. Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive Scremer's growth.
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teams to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
- Lead business growth strategies, identifying opportunities, identifying partnerships, and bringing in new clients.
- Should have leadership qualities, be highly motivated, be energetic, and be accountable for owning business outcomes including planning, executing, and forecasting.
- Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and positioning us as a strategic advisor delivering actionable insights and practical business solutions
- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and influencers that align with Scremer's mission.
- Explore and implement monetization strategies for Scremer. Identify new revenue streams, such as premium features, partnerships, and advertising opportunities.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales.
- Should have extensive knowledge in sales and client acquisition.
- Need experience closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Should have strong communication skills, articulation, and presentation skills
- Conflict resolution and ability to take ownership and motivate a team.
- A go-getter, who is hungry to be a part of the fabulous growth story
Good to Have Skills
- Open to working in a start-up. Experience in sales, marketing, and relationship building. Excellent communication, Presentation, and interpersonal skills.
