- Develop and design marketing collaterals for real estate projects, including brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media creatives, emailers, and digital ads.
- Create branding elements such as project logos, visual identities, and promotional graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals.
- Design engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored for the real estate audience.
- Work on project presentations, floor plan designs, and 3D renders (basic knowledge is a plus).
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing material and campaigns.
- Edit and enhance photos/videos for digital and offline marketing.
- Stay updated with design trends in real estate and digital marketing.

- Handle inbound & outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and property tours for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Understand client requirements, provide property solutions, and address concerns to ensure smooth decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns and promotional activities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in alignment with company policies and project guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions using CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to strengthen sales pitch.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer needs and pitch suitable property options.
- Schedule site visits and follow up to ensure attendance.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with lead status and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Handle customer queries with clarity, professionalism, and accuracy.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and lead conversion goals.
Remuneration:
- Salary: Fixed monthly salary (based on experience and qualifications)
