- Develop and design marketing collaterals for real estate projects, including brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media creatives, emailers, and digital ads.
- Create branding elements such as project logos, visual identities, and promotional graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals.
- Design engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored for the real estate audience.
- Work on project presentations, floor plan designs, and 3D renders (basic knowledge is a plus).
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing material and campaigns.

- Handle inbound & outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and property tours for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Understand client requirements, provide property solutions, and address concerns to ensure smooth decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns and promotional activities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in alignment with company policies and project guidelines.
