Position Title: Executive

Reports To: Area Sales Manager.

Function: Sales & Marketing

Location: Coimbatore

Job Specifications: a. Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate b.

Work Experience: 2 to 4 years

Preferable Industry – Feed industry / Milk Procurement & Agri Inputs,

CTC – between 2 Lakhs Per Annum to 4 Lakhs Per Annum & conveyance will be

Rs. 9,600/- Per Month and linked to Performance.

Position Brief: Responsible for daily Visiting of Village level Retail outlets and building awareness with Farmers about the Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements & Veterinary Medicines.

Reporting Structure: Position shall report to Area Manager Sales & Marketing.

KEY RESULT AREAS - Daily

1. Build awareness and ensure to use Cattle Feed & Feed Supplements with Farmers.

2. Evaluate Cattle Feed & Feed Supplements potential in the allocated Units Territory.

3. 4 P Analysis (Product, Price, Place & Promotion).

4. Check Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements & Veterinary Medicines sales under the allocated Units Territory

5. Milk Procurement Vs Feed & Feed Supplements ratio variation.

6. Seasonal Variation of Sales Analysis & factors effecting purchase decision of Farmers

& Agents.

7. Marketing Strategy & How to Increase the Market Share of HNL in CF, FS & VM

Sales.

8. Engaging of potential distributor’s - district wise, dealers – Mandal / Taluk wise, sub dealers / Retailers area wise and achieving the budgeted targets.

9. Any other Job assigned by the Management.
