What You Should Bring

• 5+ years in financial / fintech / capital markets environment
• Proven expertise in relational databases and big data technologies
• Strong command over SQL tuning, query optimization, indexing, partitioning
• Hands-on experience with ETL pipelines, Spark / PySpark, Python scripting, job scheduling (e.g. Autosys)
• Ability to troubleshoot issues at the L3 level, root cause analysis, performance tuning

Responsibilities of a HubSpot CRM Specialist: 

• Participate in and over time, lead discovery calls. Understand the business of Niswey clients and ask relevant questions to uncover challenges and opportunities

● Research, write, and optimize blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, reports, and other long-form content. 

● Collaborate with SEO & design to ensure content is both discoverable and visually engaging. 

● Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, ICP, and lead lifecycle. 

● Ghostwrite or support director-level content (LinkedIn posts, interview-style articles, etc.).

About the Role:

The Assistant Manager - Finance and Accounts will be responsible for managing the

general ledger, conducting monthly audits, overseeing monthly accounting activities,

ensuring timely book closure, and finalizing accounts. This role requires a detail-oriented

professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles

and practices. This role would act in dual capacity (client-facing and / or teaming/

Key Responsibilities

• Enter financial data and transactions into general ledger and reconcile accounts

with the general ledger

• Prepare journal entries relating to leases, amortization, depreciation, accruals,

• Review financial documents for accuracy and reconcile accounts and financial

statements
