Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Python, ML algorithms, and data-driven development.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with popular ML frameworks and tools, solid understanding of clustering and classification techniques, and be comfortable working in Unix-based environments with Agile teams.

Mandatory Skills :

• Programming Languages : Python
• Machine Learning : Strong experience with ML algorithms, models, and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• ML Concepts : Proficiency in supervised and unsupervised learning, including techniques such as K-Means, DBSCAN, and Fuzzy Clustering
• Operating Systems : RHEL or any Unix-based OS
• Databases : Oracle or any relational database
• Version Control : Git
• Development Methodologies : Agile

Desired Skills :

• Experience with issue tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Understanding of data science concepts.
• Familiarity with Big Data algorithms, models, and libraries.

·      Have Knowledge of the UC &/or CC platforms in the market (Chat, Meetings, Video, Phone, Marketplace/API)

·      Having voice and Network knowledge, SaaS experience is nice to have

·      Have solid business acumen and executive presence, able to position UC/CC Communication platform end-to-end

·      Have to experience to work cohesively with customers, Sales Team, and Partners

·      Act as a leader when the situation warrants

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Generating business through online freelancing portals like UpWork, GURU, Freelancer, etc.
• Candidates should know how to generate business through Social Networking sites like Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
• Must have experience with bidding sites like Upwork, Guru, Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, also coordinate with technical team.
• Must be able to make proposals and replies to the leads.
• Must understand the running website /application development and must be able to explain those to the clients.
• Must have good Marketing skills, Expert in Social Media, Work individually & within the team.
• Must be able to conduct in depth market research about the clients in the targeted geography.

Skill-Set & Experience:

• Must have Experience with UPWORK, GURU, PPH, FIVER bidding portals.
• Must have expertise on LinkedIn.

About the Role:

You will contribute to our continually evolving HR platform by working as developer on the in-house product development team. It requires experience of working on HTML5, CSS, Javascript, MySQL, and Java (very important) in an agile environment. Mobile experience is a big plus. You will collaborate with locally based team members and remote Product/Project Managers and will contribute to the design and implementation of new features.

You will be part of Clarista’s UI engineering team. You will work in our cloud native environment and perform following activities to support core product development and client specific projects:

• You will build & support responsive web user interfaces by using ReactJS

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Databricks platform .Delta lake, Time travel design patterns. Lambda Data Architecture
2. Experience in Azure Cloud Platform. (ADLS, Blob , ADF ).
3. Understanding of big data file formats like JSON, Avro, Parquet and other prevalent big data file formats
4. Experience with Python, PySpark, Scala, Spark to write data pipelines and data processing layers
5. Demonstrate expertise in writing complex, highly-optimized SQL queries across large data sets
6. Experience with Data Governance ( Data Quality, Metadata Management, Security, etc.)
7. Strong SQL skills and proven experience in working with large datasets and relational databases.
8. Understanding Data Warehouse design principles (Tabular, MD).
9. Experience in working with big data tools/environment to automate production pipelines
10. Familiarity with Azure Synapse and Snowflake
11. Experience with data visual analysis and BI tools (matplotlib  and Power BI)
