Description of Role
- We are looking for an enthusiastic analytically minded data driven BI Consultant/Developer role in Mumbai based Data & Analytics team
- The Business Intelligence consultant/developer is a member of the analytics team whose focus is to provide hands-on consulting and
- · Understand and document the reporting business requirements, processes and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows.
- · Work closely with BI product manager & lead dashboard design and information presentation ideation meetings with business stakeholders.
- Works extensively in Tableau Desktop, MS Power BI designing and building highly customized dashboards to provide stunning visual anal build assets like datasets, reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Powerbi & dataiku for internal customers within investment (Performance, Marketing, Sales etc.)
Key responsibilities
- · Builds Tableau/Power BI Data Models utilizing best practices, ensures data accuracy and ability to blend with other certified data sources.
- · Understand Analytics & Business Intelligence framework and partner with Analytics Technology & Enterprise reporting Technology team to build & deploy reports and dashboards.
- · Evaluate data sources and technology options, recommend appropriate solutions.
- · Build and maintain a reporting data dictionary and data lineage.

Skills Required:
- Experience with building a Design System and Component based designs.
- 3-5+ years of professional product design experience, bonus points if it was for SaaS platforms.
- Expertise in product design (UI, UX, and Research) and modern tooling e.g. Figma, Miro, etc.
- Experience in high growth startups and building minimum viable products.
- A solid design foundation and aesthetic delivering designs/documents that are simple, informative, and filled with craftsmanship and strong attention of detail.
- Basic technical expertise to communicate with developers.
- Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
- Hands-on experience with conceptualizing design projects, coordinating with creative teams and working on its execution.

- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must have led teams of technical analysts, software developers and QA test analysts.
- More than comfortable in an ambiguous matrixed organisation.
- Building REST APIs using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
- Working on Flutter application development using various advanced strategies like state management, API integrations, and scalable databases
- Working with Socket.io library for Flutter and Node.js product development
- Learning and developing the cryptographic functions for product security
- Managing product workloads on public/private cloud - we are currently on AWS & also planning to be on GCP/Azure (our platform would also be available as on-premise deployment, you will handle these deployments)
- Develop API based architecture in order to ensure the business growth and integration-al capabilities of the product
- Work on using GIT and CI-CD for product version control and continuous delivery
