About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer & WordPress Developer who can blend design thinking with technical execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building engaging websites and creating compelling digital assets that strengthen our brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive WordPress websites
• Create website wireframes, mock-ups, and UI designs
• Develop social media creatives, flyers, and marketing assets
• Design and edit short-form videos (Reels) & website videos
• Create brochures, pitch decks, and PPT presentations
• Ensure consistency in branding across all digital assets
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and user experience
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaigns

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in WordPress (themes, plugins, customization)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript
• Experience with page builders (Elementor, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SEO & website performance optimization

Design Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or equivalent tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)
• Strong skills in UI/UX design & wireframing
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics (preferred)

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking and attention to detail

Description of Role

• We are looking for an enthusiastic analytically minded data driven BI Consultant/Developer role in Mumbai based Data & Analytics team
• The Business Intelligence consultant/developer is a member of the analytics team whose focus is to provide hands-on consulting and
• · Understand and document the reporting business requirements, processes and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows.
• · Work closely with BI product manager & lead dashboard design and information presentation ideation meetings with business stakeholders. 
• Works extensively in Tableau Desktop, MS Power BI designing and building highly customized dashboards to provide stunning visual anal build assets like datasets, reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Powerbi & dataiku for internal customers within investment (Performance, Marketing, Sales etc.)

Key responsibilities

• · Builds Tableau/Power BI Data Models utilizing best practices, ensures data accuracy and ability to blend with other certified data sources.
• · Understand Analytics & Business Intelligence framework and partner with Analytics Technology & Enterprise reporting Technology team to build & deploy reports and dashboards.
• · Evaluate data sources and technology options, recommend appropriate solutions.
• · Build and maintain a reporting data dictionary and data lineage.
• · Perform data analysis, data mapping, and develop ad hoc queries.
• · Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts, ETL jobs.
• · Perform QA testing of developed deliverables and assist with User Acceptance Testing
• · Manage the prioritization, logging and tracking of user related issues, defects, enhancements, and work requests.

Experience and Skills

• · Analytic and data driven mindset with a finesse to build dashboards that tell a story.

• · Minimum of 5 years of proven experience creating Dashboards, Reports and Visualizations with interactive capabilities.
• · Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business/data analysis and data preparation
• · Minimum 2 years of experience in working with big data & building data apps using Python.
• · Broad industry knowledge of investment management a plus

Skills Required:

• Experience with building a Design System and Component based designs.
• 3-5+ years of professional product design experience, bonus points if it was for SaaS platforms.
• Expertise in product design (UI, UX, and Research) and modern tooling e.g. Figma, Miro, etc.
• Experience in high growth startups and building minimum viable products.
• A solid design foundation and aesthetic delivering designs/documents that are simple, informative, and filled with craftsmanship and strong attention of detail.
• Basic technical expertise to communicate with developers.
• Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
• Hands-on experience with conceptualizing design projects, coordinating with creative teams and working on its execution.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilties:

• Build the design language and system along with other designers that can be exposed to clients too.
• Work on pages using the design system & create UX experiences that seem flawless.
• Help in setting up design processes
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to define product specs and iterate on experiences as they are delivered.

• Guiding the scrum team on self-organisation and cross-functionality.

• Ensures teams attain a high-performance level in the practice of scrum delivery by recognising areas of strength and improvement, employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.

Education / Qualifications / Training

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of product or project development experience, or 3 years of project development experience on an agile team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Scaled Agile Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must have led teams of technical analysts, software developers and QA test analysts.
• More than comfortable in an ambiguous matrixed organisation.

1. Building REST APIs using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
2. Working on Flutter application development using various advanced strategies like state management, API integrations, and scalable databases
3. Working with Socket.io library for Flutter and Node.js product development
4. Learning and developing the cryptographic functions for product security
5. Managing product workloads on public/private cloud - we are currently on AWS & also planning to be on GCP/Azure (our platform would also be available as on-premise deployment, you will handle these deployments)
6. Develop API based architecture in order to ensure the business growth and integration-al capabilities of the product
7. Work on using GIT and CI-CD for product version control and continuous delivery
