Channel Partner Manager

• Recruit the insurance sales advisers from your own network who would represent and sell Life Insurance products in the market.
• Training the sales advisers on products and sales to meet business targets.
• Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
• Make the customer understand about the various benefits available in the plan check whether it meets with the customers requirements.

Du􀆟es & Responsibili􀆟es:

 Gathers, Analyses, conclude projects requirements, design drawings, specifica􀆟ons, etc.to prepare

BOQs, Cost Es􀆟mates

 Iden􀆟fy and quan􀆟fy cost factors, such as produc􀆟on 􀆟me, materials, and labor expenses, etc.

 Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and Sub-contractors

 Can do Value Engineering / Alterna􀆟ves Cos􀆟ng

 Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate par􀆟es

 wide knowledge and experience working in different construc􀆟on projects es􀆟ma􀆟ng labor cost, 􀆟me

and construc􀆟on materials from local and interna􀆟onal markets (including MEP, Civil, Architectural

works)

 Prepare BOQ (Bill of quan􀆟􀆟es) includes all project items descrip􀆟ons, preambles, pricing of items

 Prepara􀆟on of B.O.Q template in the required format (familiar with Uniformat or Master Format)

 Prepare Project specifica􀆟ons in the required format.

 Contract management

 In-depth knowledge and experience in M.O.M (method of measurements).

 Prepare the es􀆟mated project B.O.Q.

 Recommend acceptance, provide advice, and recommend revisions to specifica􀆟on documents.

 Represent the Specifica􀆟on Unit and par􀆟cipate on commi􀆩ees related to specifica􀆟on document

development.

 In-depth experience in construc􀆟on (not oil and gas, not industrial)

 Reviews drawings and other project informa􀆟on to write and edit specifica􀆟ons for projects and

coordinates compliance with project requirements, ins􀆟tu􀆟onal guidelines, technical condi􀆟ons,

acceptable standards, and exis􀆟ng laws, rules, regula􀆟ons, and codes.

 Understands the project design requirements and translates those requirements into materials,

methods, equipment, procedures, installa􀆟on, and cer􀆟fica􀆟on tes􀆟ng necessary to provide the

narra􀆟ve descrip􀆟ons which are used to in the tender documents / contract documents

Job Requirements

Skills & Qualifica􀆟ons:

 A Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (A must)

 Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the same posi􀆟on (as Quan􀆟ty surveyor, Es􀆟ma􀆟on Engineer,

Specifier)

 Ability to use Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel).

 Very good in English (able to write technical specifica􀆟ons/ and BOQ in English)

■ Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and retention.

■ Oversee and optimise performance marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and partnerships.

■ Utilise data analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in the user journey.

■ Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.

○ Partnerships

■ Define the partnerships and spiritual leader outreach strategy to align with the consumer need and company vision.

■ Build a high quality curated leader community by developing a deep understanding of the ecosystem and nurturing leader relationships.

■ Work closely with the content team to align leader onboarding strategy with the overall content strategy.

● Strategic Support:

○ Collaborate closely with the founding team to drive and execute key strategic initiatives.

○ Conduct market research, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.

● Problem Solving:

● Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions to address them.

● Assist in resolving operational issues and roadblocks.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA is a plus.

● Previous experience in a Product or Chief of Staff or similar role, preferably in a startup environment.

● Exceptional organisational and project management skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Flexibility and adaptability to handle evolving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate must have hands-on testing experience on any web application (Any Architecture) and should have in-depth knowledge on the architecture of current/previous projects.
• The successful candidate must have hands-on testing experience on testing UI / Front End on different configurations of browsers.
• The successful candidate must have excellent knowledge on Testing Methodologies & defect Management systems
• The successful candidate must have Good knowledge on CRM domain
• The successful candidate will need to work closely with other teams in IT including Business Solution Analyst, Engineering & Release Management,
• The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with other engineers and project stakeholders on the test case Sign off, test case execution and test reporting of solutions and integrations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for functional, integration and system testing the integrations using the appropriate technology/tools. They will work closely with the Engineering team to validate their integration, and with Operations to investigate, troubleshoot, and address production issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 + years Experience in Web Application Testing on multiple configurations of browsers
• Knowledge of Database (any) and ability to write SELECT queries with ease.
• Experience on testing web services is an advantage.
• Proven track record of designing test plans and test cases and executing the integration projects on the Force.com platform
• Adhere to STLC standards.
• Excellent in communication skills & a good team player.
• Quality Certifications would be advantage.
• Knowledge of validating, and troubleshooting XML schemas.
• Knowledge on Performance / Security tools is an advantage.
• Experience with Test management tools (i.e JIRA), test automation (i.e QTP , Selenium) and defect tracking tools (JIRA)

Desirable Skills

• Prior experience with any marketing automation tool, such has Hubspot, Eloqua, Exact target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe MArketo will be a advantage.
• Hands on experience on OOB solution testing, Cloud Based testing
• Adobe Marketing cloud product knowledge
• Hands-on experience on testing workflow based applications with keen attention to integration between various systems.
• Hands on Experience on Automating web applications will be an advantage.
• Knowledge on any automation tool that can be used on CRM Applications is a desirable;

About the Company-

About the Internship:

selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop server-side/client-side applications.

2. Basic knowledge of Data structures.

3. Test and document the developed code.
4. Must have basic knowledge of any one of the following technologies -

     PHP, Javascript, Golang, Dart.

This is fully a remote role, but the employer needs to fly down to the office in Kolkata for 5–6 days every month. Plane tickets and accommodation will be reimbursed by the company.
