We have an SDET SDE3 opportunity with a fintech project. Which is a digital financial super app serving the West African market. The position is initially for 3 months on C2H and will be completely remote during the contractual period. After successful conversion, the role will be based out of Pune and will require 5 days of work from office.

The client is specifically looking for candidates who are currently working as SDETs and have strong coding or development experience. JavaScript or TypeScript and API automation are mandatory, along with hands-on experience in designing or owning automation frameworks. UI automation, CI/CD, WebDriverIO, K6, backend/mobile testing and production troubleshooting would be additional advantages.

Jio Reality Labs is looking for a skilled Android Engineer to build high-performance, scalable mobile

applications for AI-driven, real-time, and immersive platforms used by millions of users. This role

focuses on creating intuitive, responsive, and visually rich Android experiences for AI/ML

dashboards, real-time analytics, and AR/VR-enabled applications.

Responsibilities

1. Mobile Application Development

 Build and maintain scalable, high-performance Android applications using modern

development frameworks and tools.

 Develop intuitive user interfaces for AI/ML workflows, real-time analytics dashboards, and

enterprise tools.

 Translate product requirements and UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

2. Real-Time & Data-Driven Interfaces

 Implement real-time UI updates for streaming data, live metrics, and system monitoring

dashboards.

 Work with APIs and WebSockets to render low-latency, data-intensive views.

 Ensure smooth user experience under high-traffic and high-data-volume scenarios.

3. UI/UX & Performance Optimization

4. Platform & Architecture

5. Collaboration & Delivery

 Work closely with backend, AI/ML, data engineering, and platform teams to integrate APIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Strong experience in Android development using Kotlin or Java.

 Hands-on experience with Android SDK, Jetpack components, and modern Android

architecture patterns (MVVM/MVI).

 Experience consuming REST APIs and working with real-time data (WebSockets, streaming).

 Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and debugging tools.

We are looking for a seasoned Python/Django expert with 10–12 years of real-world development experience and a strong background in leading engineering teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complex technical initiatives, mentoring team members, ensuring best coding practices, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams. This position demands deep technical proficiency, strong leadership capability, and exceptional communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

· Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Python/Django engineers, offering hands-on technical support and direction.

· Architect, design, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications.

· Manage the complete software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch maintenance.

· Ensure compliance with coding standards, architectural patterns, and established development best practices.

· Collaborate with product teams, QA, UI/UX, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

· Perform detailed code reviews, optimize system performance, and resolve production-level issues.

· 10–14 years of professional experience in software development with strong expertise in Python and Django.
