Functional Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership:
- Manage complete sales lifecycle for assigned mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Drive growth through new business, expansions, and upselling
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
Pipeline Development
- Generate leads independently via LinkedIn outreach, CXO networking, referrals, partnerships, events, and outbound activities
- Identify target accounts and decision-makers; execute account-based sales approaches
- Collaborate with marketing while owning pipeline quality and volume
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts in HubSpot CRM
- Share deal progress, risks, and revenue forecasts with leadership
- Provide market feedback to improve pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Experience:
- Minimum 1-4 years of working with HRMS / Payroll / HCM SaaS solutions (Required)
