About the Role

The Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) is a core member of the development

team, participating across the full development lifecycle. This role translates business and functional

requirements into deliverables, designs and maintains test automation frameworks, and ensures

automated tests are integrated into the continuous delivery pipeline. The Sr. SDET develops high-

quality, maintainable, and performant test code, consults on test automation strategy, and serves as

a leader and coach across teams to influence quality practices and standards

What You’ll Do

 Design, develop, and maintain automation systems and tools to be used by development

and test engineers.

 Analyze code coverage using industry-standard tools (e.g., SonarQube).

 Oversee integration of automated tests into the Continuous Delivery pipeline.

 Design and author test cases for unit, functional, performance, scalability, and durability

testing.

 Manage and groom automated and manual test suites for balanced coverage and fast

feedback cycles.

 Work with IT partner teams to provide, create, or modify test data through repeatable,

automated processes.

 Provide internal training on testing skills and tools; contribute to the Test Community of

Practice to evolve testing practices and standards.

 Lead defect management and interface with external teams on test strategy and execution.

 Ensure requirements and/or user stories are testable and provide estimates for user stories

and tasks.

 Coordinate with Dev and Ops regarding testing practices to ensure quality thresholds are

met.

 Contribute to design and code reviews.

 Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management.

What You’ll Bring (Must have skills)

 Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

 4–7 years of experience using three or more development languages (e.g., C#, Java,

JavaScript).

 Any Monitoring or Observability Tools - Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus,

Grafana, SolarWinds.

 4–7 years of experience with three or more automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG,

Appium, Sauce Labs, Rest Assured, Postman, Cucumber, Jasmine, Protractor).

 4–7 years of experience with testing methodologies such as Test-Driven Development (TDD)

and Behavior Driven Development (BDD), API Testing, Acceptance Testing, end to end

testing.

 4–7 years of experience using issue-tracking software and Agile project management

systems (JIRA)

 Proficiency with SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures), Knowledge of NoSQL databases

(MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.) – Any database

• Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries. 

• Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts. 

• Quickly learn about the product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to respond to objections.

• Follow-up on leads and provide appropriate information to foster relationships.

• Educate leads on our product and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with BDM. 

• Schedule meetings and demos for BDM.  

Requirements /Qualifications: 

• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).

• 1-3 years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative in SaaS/ B2B.

The Engineering Team forms the backbone of our ecommerce business. We build and iterate over our core platform that handles orders, payments, delivery promises, order tracking & logistics integrations.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead its development across web, mobile and in-store devices. You will be responsible to work closely with business leaders to understand the developer needs and device solutions through developer tools and services. The role incumbent will be managing a team of in-house & outsourced developers and will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, project delivery and maintenance of systems developed in-house. The incumbent will also be driving technology innovation with integrations and external partners to fully leverage the latest solutions and technologies for servicing the organization needs. Required Qualification, Experience & skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• 6-8 years of overall developer experience with a minimum 12-18 months in the GoLang toolkit – very familiar with all the frameworks and tools needed to manage and further build an end to end ecommerce platform in GoLang
• Prior experience in managing a team of min 4-6 engineers
• Hands-on management with deep-dive into the details of software design, implementation and debugging

• Experience of implementing Agile, Scrum & Iterative processes

• Experience taking a leading role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
• Experience mentoring junior software engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
• Hands-on expertise in many disparate technologies, typically ranging from Web development, Mobile app development, AWS, machine learning, large scale data platforms, service oriented architecture, distributed systems design, android platform, front-end user interfaces, databases etc.
