• Handling all fresh inquiries by making outbound phone calls answering basic queries, and xing their appointments with Counsellors of Organization

• These would be all the leads who have already inquired about the courses at Organization through various media. The calls would NOT be cold calls to random data.

• Follow up calls to all these inquiries as required.

• Update the details on CRM and other systems used by the company

• Submit daily activity report to immediate superior

Desired Profile:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, counseling skills required

• Should be target oriented, focused, proactive, and keen learner (one who reads or is constantly learning and upgrading his or her knowledge base

Experience: 1 -4 year (Preferred a call center experience)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and build applications for the iOS and Android platforms
• Ability to lead a team of engineers as they execute on building new features for IOS and Android platforms

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field and Tier 1 college
• Overall 6-10 yrs exp with Min 4 years relevant in iOS, Android, Swift, Kotlin and Objective C
• Strong understanding of Hybrid mobile skills such as Ionic, Cordova, PWAs, Flutter, ReactJS and React Native , Cordova or Capacitor
• Good understanding on native mobile skills include iOS, Android, Swift, Kotlin and Objective C.
• Good to have knowledge JS frameworks such as Angular
• Good hands-on experience on various design and architecture aspects - MVP, MVVM etc.
• Good knowledge of writing unit tests for mobile
• Strong knowledge of mobile app performance, using various tools and Android Studio IDE
• Strong background in Agile and working closely with product management
• Should be able to conduct scrum meetings and ensure team is not blocked
• Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team
• Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment

One part of the Venture Studio business at FirstPrinciples is about working with large enterprises on long-term digital transformation initiatives within their organization. The position that we are currently hiring for involves a multi-million-dollar digital transformation initiatives for one of the largest Luxury Home Builders in the United States. Our scope involves working as expert consultants to advice and execute on upgrading the IT & Tech different internal and stakeholder facing systems within their organization. We are working on both web and mobile platforms.
