Briidea Innovetures is a leading fintech solutions provider based in Pune, specializing in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and digital payment automation. We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Developer with fintech experience to develop and enhance the backend and frontend of our core products, SyncFinnect and LOS. Job Description
As a PHP Developer at Briidea Innovetures, you will be responsible for building and maintaining secure, high-performance fintech applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop robust payment solutions and ensure seamless API integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications for SyncFinnect and LOS using PHP and related technologies.
- Integrate payment APIs (Cashfree, Worldline, Digio) for UPI Autopay, eNACH, and other fintech functionalities.
- Implement WhatsApp Business API for messaging automation.
- Work with SMS APIs for transactional notifications.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless fintech transactions.
- Ensure security, scalability, and high availability of fintech applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Troubleshoot, test, and debug applications to enhance performance.
- Stay updated with fintech trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience as a PHP Developer in the fintech sector.
- Strong proficiency in PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter) and best practices.
- Experience with payment gateway APIs (Cashfree, Worldline, Digio) and fintech integrations.
- Expertise in WhatsApp Business API, SMS APIs, and notification systems.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, ReactJS, CSS).
- Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and database optimization.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development and security best practices.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with prior experience in B2B
sales within the fintech and NBFC domain, particularly in solutions such as Loan
Origination Software (LOS), eNACH systems, Core Banking Software (CBS), and
other financial technology products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers,
driving product sales, and ensuring strong follow-ups for successful deal
closures.

● CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, pipeline
status, and deal progress using CRM tools.
● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical

Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor’s or MBA.
● Experience: 2-5 years in B2B sales within the fintech domain, preferably in
selling solutions such as Loan Origination Software (LOS), eNACH, Core
Banking Software (CBS), or digital payment systems to NBFCs,
cooperatives, and financial institutions.
● Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of NBFCs, Cooperative Banks,
financial lending processes, and digital payment ecosystems.
● Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required.
● Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and B2B
sales automation tools.
● Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication
