Role Overview
We’re hiring a results-driven Sales Account Executive (AE) to execute sales strategies, close deals, and
drive revenue growth in India and the US. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding
quotas, building pipelines, and delivering measurable outcomes. This role requires hands-on
execution, collaboration across teams, and a focus on achieving targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Execute Sales Plans: Develop and implement actionable strategies to meet and exceed
revenue goals.
● Build and Manage Pipeline: Prospect, qualify, and close deals, ensuring consistent pipeline
growth
● Close Deals: Lead negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and achieve sales quotas.
● GTM strategies: Execute GTM strategies in India and US working with potential customers.
● Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align strategies
and improve execution.
● Build Customer Relationships: Establish trust with decision-makers, drive retention, and
identify upsell opportunities.
● Track Performance: Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and optimize strategies for better results.
● Mentor the Team: Coach SDRs and junior AEs to improve performance and achieve targets.
Desired Skills and Experience:
● 7+ years of sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
● 3+ years of experience (recent) in B2B SaaS products.
● Proven expertise in selling tech tools, integrations, and workflow automation solutions to
enterprise customers.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
