Exp Level: 3+ Yrs. In Sales
Education: Must be BE/B. Tech (Electrical/Electronics)
Location: Nagpur
Notice Period: Immediate Available/ 15 Days/ Serving NP or Max 30 Days NP.
Languages Known: Marathi, Hindi, English (Must be fluent)
Travel: Must be flexible in Travelling - 60% - 70%
Good Communication & Presentation Skills.
Excellent in handling multiple customers

Mandatory Requirements:
- Required Enthusiastic & Passionate candidates with prior experience in sales 3 - 5 years
- B.E. B. Tech Electronics/Electrical is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of ELECTRICAL POWER & ENERGY SYSTEMS is vital
- Should be Proficient in Marathi, Hindi & English.
- Dynamic Travelling will be integral part of Job, Candidate must be ready to travel as on required and ad-Hoc basis
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should be self-motivated, committed with good communication and possess management skills.
- Identify organizations and individuals for new leads and potential new markets through networking and other approaches so to generate the revenue for the company.
- Sales, Marketing & Business Development / Developing New clients in the target market
- Mapping potential customer/industries via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Contacting potential clients Inquiry generation and offer / quotation submission.
- Proven experience in offering products in line with application and closing sales
- Work towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target to ensure accomplishment of the overall company's target
- Candidates must have experience in Sales in the electrical systems, industrial automation, Steel, Cement, Mining, Automobile, Cement, Textile, Steel & Pharma Negotiation & contract finalization with client.
- Ability to analyse competitive environment and take necessary steps for improvement
- Basic knowledge of ELECTRICAL POWER & ENERGY SYSTEMS is vital.
- Explore overseas business opportunities and provide strategic insights for growth of the organization
- Candidate from associated industry and having international business experience will be an added advantage
- Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts and strategic partners of company
- Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales

As a Flutter Developer, you will be in charge of reviewing the software specifications and UI mockups, developing a cross-browser mobile application from scratch, and leading the application testing effort. You'll work alongside a backend Developer, as well as a UI designer to ensure you create high-performing applications with a smooth user experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.
2. Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and
practices.
3. Communicating with product and engineering leads to implement business and project objectives.
4. Code review of team members' commits as part of CI/CD cycle.
5. Participate in testing, quality assurance and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle.

- Responsible for understanding business requirements, providing estimation, developing solution, writing unit test scenarios and fixing defects for assigned applications.

7. Creation of pictures for reel covers, working on creating stories, going live and so on.
8. The reels need to have these elements- entertaining and informative.
- Experience with building scalable applications on android and IOS
- Experience in working with Dart.
