This role involves managing end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure and You will work on identifying business needs, conducting sales calls, performing client research, and driving sales growth. A passion for sustainability and knowledge of sustainable practices in the fashion/textile industry is crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and prospect potential business clients in the fashion/textile industry through lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Conduct client research to understand business needs, challenges, and offer tailored solutions.
- Use CRM tools to track, manage, and update sales leads and opportunities.
Sales:
- Conduct sales calls with prospective clients to identify their pain points, needs, and determine the best solutions.
- Define and identify the ideal customer profile (ICP) to ensure targeted outreach and maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide platform demos to showcase our solutions, particularly focusing on sustainability features.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Lead negotiations with clients, managing pricing, contract terms, and implementation timelines.
- Finalize contracts with internal teams, ensuring smooth deal closures and meeting sales targets consistently.
Sustainability Knowledge:
- Leverage knowledge of sustainability practices to educate clients and align solutions with their environmental goals.
- Promote the sustainability features of our products, helping clients reduce their environmental footprint.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales within the fashion/textile industry or SaaS sales.
- Sales Skills: Proven experience in end-to-end sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
- CRM Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms to manage leads, contacts, and sales pipelines.
- Sustainability Knowledge: Understanding of sustainability principles, especially as they relate to the fashion/textile sector.
- Client Management: Demonstrated success in client onboarding, relationship management, and customer servicing.
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and create solutions that align with client goals.
